The Bodhicitta, which is me, from the three unconditioned natures, only the names of the three bodies are shown to arise. Surely, the nature of the three bodies also does not move from suchness. The all-creating Bodhicitta, which is me, from the unborn, Free from grasping and being grasped, the Dharmakaya, unborn, only the name arises. Surely, the Dharmakaya is only a name, it does not move from suchness. The essence of the all-creating Bodhicitta, which is me, the manifestation of the name only, the Sambhogakaya, complete, only the manner of the name. Surely, that Sambhogakaya, complete, does not move from suchness. The compassion of the all-creating Bodhicitta, which is me, the emanation body manifested, from the unconditioned nature of compassion, only the manner of the emanation body arises as a name. Surely, that emanation body also does not move from suchness. Thus it is. The way in which samsara and nirvana arise from such a state is shown as follows: Its power manifests in any way, whether realized or unrealized, samsara and nirvana, container and contents, and the appearances of beings, in all their variety. Because the nature of awareness abides as the basis for the manifestation of all appearances, like reflections in a mirror, even though the appearances of samsara and nirvana, container and contents, manifest in various ways, the essence of awareness is not stained or changed. Just as reflections do not stain a mirror and there is no change whatsoever. From Self-Arisen: The great spontaneously arisen appearance, which is timeless, is like the arising of the miraculous displays of the sun and moon from the state of space. From the unborn state, the uninterrupted miraculous displays arise. Likewise, the great miraculous displays are not difficult. Thus it is said. From the All-Creating: The true essence of all The essence of Bodhi is me. The essence of the realm of non-elaboration is me. Because the great secret of all Buddhas is me, the play of the three realms and the six realms arises from me. Thus it is said. From the very arising, it is shown that there is no self-nature: Although all of this arises, there is no self-nature at all. Like water in a mirage and sound and images in a dream, emanation, reflection, a city of gandharvas, and like an optical illusion, in the clear appearance of non-existence, it is merely a sudden appearance without a basis or support. Understand that it is a temporary phenomenon. The appearance of a dream is absent both before falling asleep and after waking up, but it appears in between while sleeping. Likewise, the deluded appearance of samsara is also at the beginning, at the time of the ground of dharmata, and at the end.

Nirvana is absent in both stages of the fruition. Now, although it appears here as a delusion of mind, it is nonexistent from the very moment of its appearance. It is the nature of clear appearance, merely an appearance of empty form, and is not established in anything whatsoever. Since all phenomena are without inherent existence, they are not established in the three states of arising, abiding, and ceasing. As it says in the Root Wisdom: 'Like a dream, like an illusion, like a city of gandharvas, so is arising, so is abiding, so is ceasing.' And as it says in the Noble King of Samadhi: 'The beings of existence are like a dream; here, no one is born or dies. The name and life of sentient beings cannot be found, and the deeds done and accumulated never change.' Thus it is taught. These are the teachings that have not moved from the nature of reality: From the self-perfected nature of bodhichitta, the unceasing play of samsara and nirvana arises. All those magical displays are absorbed into the expanse, so know that they have not moved from the primordial state. No matter how much samsara and nirvana appear, from the moment of their appearance, they have not moved from the nature of bodhichitta. As it says in the All-Creating King: 'The root of all dharmas is the all-creating bodhichitta. However it appears, it is my nature. However it arises, it is my magical display.' Since everything is perfected in the expanse, it is taught as the Great Perfection: Here, everything is the state of bodhichitta. One perfection is all perfection, unmade, all meaning is perfected. Self-existing, spontaneously perfect, self-arisen wisdom. In the nature of awareness, all the dharmas of existence, samsara, and nirvana are spontaneously perfected. As it says in the Wordless Scripture: 'I have no birth or death, therefore the dharma of cessation is completely perfected. I have no outer or inner, therefore the dharma of clarity is completely perfected. I have no emptiness or substance, therefore the dharma of appearance is completely perfected. I have no object of focus, therefore the dharma of seeing is completely perfected. I have no body or mind, therefore the self-appearing dharma is completely perfected. I have no self or other, therefore the dharma of awareness is completely perfected. I have no cause of action, therefore the great contemplation is completely perfected. I have no place to go, therefore the self-appearing realm is completely perfected. I have no bias or partiality, therefore the secret wisdom is completely perfected. My appearances have no cessation, therefore the three dharmas of the expanse are completely perfected.'
