For two people who are always devoted to killing and stealing, there is not the slightest difference in the gateway to perfecting the accumulations, I, Kuntuzangpo, have declared. O Vajra of Speech! By the key point that there is no coming and going in the wisdom of awareness, the practitioner in whom various signs of dharmata arise in body and speech, and the person who has not trained his mind in listening and contemplation for even a moment, there is not the slightest difference in seeing things, I, Kuntuzangpo, have declared. O Vajra of Speech! By the key point that there is no arising and ceasing in dharmata, the practitioner who experiences the heat and cold of hell, and the practitioner who experiences the bliss of all the Buddhas, there is not the slightest difference in obtaining the gateway to realization, I, Kuntuzangpo, have declared. O Vajra of Speech! By the key point that there is no change in awareness, the practitioner who has cut off the proliferation of mind-dharmas, and the two who view the self as permanent, there is not the slightest difference in realizing the essence, I, Kuntuzangpo, have declared. O Vajra of Speech! By the key point that the Dharmakaya exists within oneself, the practitioner who makes various offerings, praises, and prayers externally, and the two who abide free from activity, there is not the slightest difference in obtaining the result, I, Kuntuzangpo, have declared. O Vajra of Speech! Therefore, the practitioner who practices these words of the Great Self-Arisen, having found the confidence of effortlessly experiencing, becomes enlightened in the inseparability of appearances and the three kayas. Now, this is the instruction to dispel the obstacles to certain realization: Those who are bound by clinging to the impartial, because they do not know their own nature, deceive themselves, and are confused about themselves, how confused! Confused by clinging to a precipice where there is no confusion. Because all dharmas are inherently one in the mind of enlightenment, for those who are interested in small merit, the small vehicle, and inferior paths, and for ordinary children, setting up separate biases for enemies and friends, self and others, tenets and views, etc., clinging to one's own side and the side of others, binding awareness, because they do not know their own nature, which is impartial like the sky, deceiving their own awareness, even though self-awareness exists as the Dharmakaya, they are confused because they do not know that it exists within themselves, ordinary whee

For those who practice with illusory phenomena, it's like children in a playhouse, imitating the teaching and listening to Dharma, yet clinging to their true self-nature, engaging in false debates and arguments—how ridiculous! Because they cling to what is without illusion as self, each one arrogantly plays the game of clinging to illusion, ultimately only clinging to meaningless appearances. Saraha said, "I played a game, but the children are exhausted." It's just like that. Therefore, due to delusion and distraction, samsara is like a dream, illusory in itself. The Lion's Complete Strength Sutra says, "It is not so; sentient beings are distracted by their own conceptual busyness. Just as children are distracted by many activities when playing, so too, unenlightened sentient beings are distracted by the demon of conceptual samsara. This can also be explained as follows: some are distracted by external objects, some are distracted by internal grasping, some are distracted by meditation, some are distracted by actions, and some are distracted by attachment to samsara. Likewise, all sentient beings are distracted by the bonds of the five poisons, not seeing the meaning of self-aware wisdom, clinging to this appearance as true, not seeing the face of great purity. Humans and other sentient beings, because they have not obtained their own autonomy, remain in samsara for a long time." Thus it is said. Therefore, since illusion also arises from clinging to what is without, the instruction is to abandon clinging: Illusion and non-illusion are the expanse of bodhichitta. In bodhichitta, there is originally no illusion or liberation. The play that arises from it is bound by clinging. In reality, there is no bondage or liberation, no object or mind. Do not cling to what is not as if it were. Because samsara and nirvana are not established in the nature of awareness, there is no bondage or liberation, no illusion or samsara. However, from its power, the play of samsara and nirvana arises, like the eight similes of illusion. If you continue to cling to it as real, you will be bound. However, from the time it appears as play, because the true nature is not established, there is no aspect of object, nor is there a mind that clings to it, so there is no bondage; it is the nature of emptiness. If you cling to existence, do not deceive your own awareness. In reality, because the nature of mind itself is not realized, one is deluded in samsara by clinging to both the phenomena that arise from its nature and the mind. The All-Creating King Sutra says, "Without realizing the nature of the All-Creating Me, what I have created"
