Like non-harming, etc., diligence constantly arises in virtue, etc. All of these are different in substance from the mind, and follow the mind with five things: place, object, aspect, time, and substance being the same. That is, touch and eye consciousness arise from the same sense faculty, and like a pot, they focus on one object at the same time, and both grasp blue, and each substance is equal. The Treasury says: Mind, intellect, and consciousness are one meaning, mind and mental factors, support and object, and possessing aspects, are also endowed with five similarities. Feeling is experiencing, perception is the nature of grasping characteristics. Aggregate of formations is other than the other four. Non-associated formations are twenty-three, namely: attainment, cessation of perception, cessation of feeling and perception, non-perception, life faculty, homogeneity, birth, aging, abiding, impermanence, name-body, sentence-body, word-body, ordinary being, entering, separate determination, association, swiftness, habituation, time, place, number, and aggregation. All of these are different in substance from the three: form, mind, and mental factors. Like the palm and fist, the difference in place is that the substances are different. The basis of the unconditioned is: not born from causes and conditions, namely space, analytical cessation, and non-analytical cessation, these three. From that very text: The unconditioned also has three aspects, space and the two cessations. All three are established as permanent and real substances. The other meaning of destruction is the four characteristics represented by the conditioned pot, namely birth, aging, abiding, and impermanence. These four, represented by the conditioned, are the four characteristics that follow the conditioned, namely the birth of birth, the aging of aging, the abiding of abiding, and the destruction of destruction. Thus, the four characteristics and the four characteristics that correspond to them, and the eight substances of the pot, these sixteen are like sixteen pieces of wood lined up, existing as substances at the same time in different substances. Among them, when the pot is born, the root birth and the birth of birth are not yet

It is drawn from that place to this place. Therefore, the arising of the eight dharmas such as a vase is due to the power of another arising. And that arising is the power of the arising of arising. Similarly, for an indestructible vase, another force of destruction propels it, together with the eight things, to the past. As it says in the Treasury of Knowledge: "The characteristics are birth, aging, abiding, and impermanence. These, such as the birth of birth, are one with the eight dharmas." Thus it is. The three times are substantially established: Therefore, past objects, such as broken vases, etc., are not completely destroyed, but always exist. Future objects, such as seven days, etc., also always exist from the beginning. But in the past and future places, they are not visible even for an eon, and they cannot be enjoyed. If objects always exist, then what distinguishes the three times? That which has completed the action of producing its own fruit is the past. That which has not done the action is the future. That which is being done is the present. So, if the later vase exists when it is clay, what is the difference from the Samkhya school? There is a difference. Because in the present place, it does not remain for even a moment, and in as many moments as there are causes and effects, the clay, the vase, and the shards are all different. Therefore, the vase itself exists in the future place until it is born, and from the moment of birth onwards, it drifts to the past place. The inexpressible self: The self of the person who acts and enjoys the fruit certainly exists. Otherwise, if a person keeps the precepts and is born as a god, then the body of the person who kept the precepts perishes, and the action becomes futile. And the body of the god, not having kept the precepts, enjoys the fruit, and thus falls into the fault of encountering what was not done. Therefore, when passing from one existence to another, although the body is abandoned, only the self enjoys the fruit of the actions previously done. The scripture says: "When I was the son of a Brahmin at that time, I offered flowers to the Tathagata Jewel Peak, and therefore I obtained a divine body for five hundred lifetimes, and now that I have become a Buddha, I am adorned with marks." From this it is known that the virtuous deeds that I accumulated earlier, at that time, the accumulator will become the protector of the enjoyer in the future. It says in the same:
