Furthermore, it is said to be the Bodhisattva of the Accumulation Path. From the first to the ninth and below the tenth bhumi, it is called the Bodhisattva of the Accumulation Path. Abiding in the three bhumis of the eighth, ninth, and tenth, they are the three pure bhumis, or it is said that abiding on the great earth, they are called the Bodhisattvas of the Fruition Path, such as the eight Bodhisattvas of the Good Kalpa like Ksitigarbha. Among these Bodhisattvas, the retinue that always accompanies them like a shadow is the four special Bodhisattvas: Maitreya, Manjushri, Vajrapani, and Avalokiteshvara. They are the great Shakyamuni himself. In all activities of standing, sitting, walking, and sleeping, in all activities of standing, sitting, walking, and sleeping, they are always inseparable like body and shadow. So, where do these four Bodhisattvas reside and what activities do they perform? Maitreya resides in Tushita Heaven, and his activities flourish in the heavenly realms. Manjushri resides on Mount Wutai, and his activities flourish in the land of bliss in northern Shambhala. Vajrapani resides in the land of lotus holders, and his activities flourish in western Oddiyana. Avalokiteshvara resides on Mount Potala, and his activities flourish in the snowy land of Tibet. Their mindstreams appear as wisdom, and although they have already attained Buddhahood, they abide in the state of the noble ones during the path, and manifest as a retinue to perform the activities of a teacher. Secondly, the Shravaka Vehicle also has essence, definition, and divisions. The essence is in the past, such as the five good bhikshus, the five thousand bhikshu sangha. That is, as stated in the sutras, together with the five thousand bhikshu sangha. Secondly, the definition is that one must rely on a virtuous spiritual friend to listen to the Dharma for countless eons. As stated in the Compendium Sutra: Some Bodhisattvas think for a long time and endure suffering for a long time over hundreds of millions of eons. Thirdly, there are four divisions of Shravakas: Shravakas who uphold the precepts, Shravakas who practice tranquility, Emanation Shravakas, and Shravakas who uphold tenets. Among them, Shravakas who uphold the precepts only hold the precepts or appearance of Shravakas, but in essence are Mahayana.

Such as Kundga (Ananda) and others. The Shravakas who practice tranquility are those who extinguish Shravakas. The emanation Shravakas are, such as, Rabjor (Subhuti) and Sharibu (Sariputra). These mainly belong to the favorable conditions for learning. Learning is the emanation that mainly shows unfavorable conditions. Classification: What are the six divisions of Shravakas? The two of rising and disciplining, the two of joy and near joy, the two of good conduct and quick wit, these are the six. There are two types of Shravakas who hold tenets: the Vaibhashikas and the Sautrantikas. As it is said in the Abhisamayalankara: 'They are afraid of the profound Dharma, they enter tranquility through the three samadhis, Subhuti and others are emanations, there are two kinds of tenet holders, the Vaibhashikas and the Sautrantikas, they strongly argue about external atoms.' So it is. When those teachers were alive, they saw their faces and heard their teachings, and because they actually abided by the teachings, they were called the retinue of companions. The retinue of those who have opened their understanding. The third, the retinue of those who have opened their understanding, is those who, after the teacher passed away, abide by the teacher's teachings, follow the teachings, and receive the teachings. The teachings are complete. The fourth, the teachings are, in detail, to counteract the eighty-four thousand afflictions, eighty-four thousand Dharma doors were taught. In the middle, it refers to the twelve gross and subtle afflictions, and the twelve divisions of scriptures were taught. In brief, to counteract the three poisons of affliction, the three pitakas were taught. The method of teaching eighty-four thousand Dharma doors. The first, teaching eighty-four thousand Dharma doors, is as it is said in the Kunje Gyalpo Tantra: 'To counteract desire, the Vinaya Pitaka of twenty-one thousand verses was taught. To counteract hatred, the Sutra Pitaka of twenty-one thousand verses was taught. To counteract ignorance, the Abhidhamma Pitaka of twenty-one thousand verses was taught. To counteract the equal balance of the three poisons, twenty-one thousand verses were taught in the three pitakas. In general, eighty-four thousand verses were taught, and they were taught to counteract the three poisons.' So it is. In the Sutra Requested by the Four Goddesses, it is also said: 'Sentient beings have twenty-one thousand afflictions arising from desire, and to counteract them, beings should be tamed.'
