If I do not determine that there are no empowerments, generation and completion stages, etc., from the perspective that nothing is established in the essence of awareness, then the ultimate of the view will not be decided. Therefore, all of samsara and nirvana, acceptance and rejection, actions, views, meditation, etc., should be realized on the basis of awareness right now, like the sky where nothing can be found. As it says in the Garland of Pearls: "The two are different from one basis, The uncontrived one abides in the mind. Possessing the nature of great bliss bindu, The single mandala of all Buddhas. Since the essence is primordially pure, Self-arisen spontaneously accomplished in nature. Transcending grounds, directions, and categories, There is no appearance of existence or non-existence. It is not the object of sound measurements, There is no one, no two, and no counting. Established by abiding in great emptiness, It is not the object of scripture and reasoning. It cannot be expressed by tantras and instructions, By view, meditation, and conduct, The meaning of it cannot be known. There is no result established in that meaning, It will obscure the suchness of Dharma. It is not accomplished by thinking, Nor can it be measured by wisdom. By generosity, discipline, patience, etc., It is free from the results of harm and benefit. By hearing, thinking, and meditating, Even if examined supremely, it is not seen. There is no mandala there, There is no seed for generating deities. What is the use of mantras and mudras? There is no need for offerings and other elaborations. Where are empowerments and vows? There is no approach and no accomplishment. There is no elaboration of samsara and nirvana, There is no protection and no object to be protected. Transcending the realm of demons and harm, That is me, and it is beings. It is mind, and it arises from mind, It is many, and it is one. Samsara and nirvana are myself, Mandala and so on are gradual entry. It is Dharma, and it appears as Dharma, It is abiding, and it is also a traveler. It is sitting, it is lying, it is walking, It is life, and it is also the one who cuts off life. The three worlds arise from it, Appearing as deities, mantras, and mudras. Like virtue and its result, it arises, It is also the ten perfections. The grounds and qualities, Everything arises from it. Conduct, meditation, nature, etc., View and everything else also arise. The vehicles of great and small order, Everything arises from it. In short, whatever appears, All dharmas arise from it." So on and so forth. The essence is not

Therefore, with wisdom, it is determined that all is empty, like the sky. From that state, whatever phenomena appear are called spontaneously accomplished. These two have the same nature in wisdom, so they are considered to be free from the extremes of existence and non-existence. This is the doctrine of the Great Perfection. Appearance is not established as existent, and emptiness is not gone into non-existence. One should know that this is the nature of the great spontaneously accomplished non-duality. In the Treasury of Dharmadhatu, it is taught that all is primordially spontaneously accomplished as the mind of enlightenment. This is the commentary on the seventh chapter. Likewise, in order to show that the pure nature of spontaneous accomplishment is also non-dual, it is shown that from the arising from one dharmadhatu, from the arising itself, it is shown that the self-nature is non-dual. All is in the one dharmadhatu, the self-arisen wisdom. Non-duality is the way of being of the essence. Dualistic appearance is unceasing, arising as a play from the potency. Appearance is labeled as the non-dual mind of enlightenment. Just as the images that appear on the surface of a mirror, no matter what appears, are non-dual with the mirror, so all dharmas arise in the state of wisdom, and therefore are non-dual with wisdom. And just as the various dreams that arise in the state of one sleep are no different from sleep itself, so samsara and nirvana are not other than the play of wisdom. And just as all the waves, large and small, that arise from the state of one river are no different from the river, so all dharmas appear to arise from a state of nothingness, and that is also non-existence, just a clear appearance, and the wisdom of the nature of emptiness of dharmata, and their emptiness are non-dual. Based on these three reasons, it is determined that all dharmas are non-dual. All dharmas are equality in non-establishment, equality in non-cessation, equality in being able to perform their respective functions as mere appearances in the realm of wisdom, and equality in the very appearance of arising merely from conditions and interdependence. Relying on these four aspects, one should also realize the great equality of non-duality. As it is said in the Noble King of Samadhi Sutra: "Whatever is born from conditions is therefore unborn. Because on that, there is no nature of arising. Whatever depends on conditions is said to be empty." The arising of samsara and nirvana as the play of wisdom cannot possibly have two natures. Like the appearance of a dream, and seeing tha
