I will always give away my body completely. Supreme Bodhisattvas, please accept me. I respectfully go to be your servant. Since I am completely held by you, I will benefit the wicked sentient beings in the world. I will completely transcend past sins, And I will not commit other sins in the future. The bathing house is extremely fragrant, The crystal ground is clear and shining. The jewel-burning pillars are delightful, There, strands of pearl light are hung. To the Thus-Gone One and his sons, With many precious vases filled with scented water, Filled well with delightful songs and Accompanied by many musical instruments, bathe their bodies. Wipe their bodies with incomparable Clean and fragrant clothes. Then offer them clothes of well-changed colors, Extremely fragrant and sacred garments. Various fine, thin, and soft clothes, And hundreds of supreme ornaments, these and those, Also adorn the noble Samantabhadra, Manjushri, And Lokeshvara, etc. The three thousand worlds are filled with fragrance, Anoint the bodies of the Powerful Ones with supreme fragrances, Like gold refined and polished, Anoint those blazing with light. Offer to the Powerful Ones, the supreme objects of veneration, Delightful flowers, mandara and lotus, And utpala, etc., all fragrant, And well-arranged, delightful garlands. Also offer to them the clouds of incense, Supreme incense, captivating and spreading fragrance. Also offer to them various kinds of Divine food and drink, along with divine offerings. Also offer to them rows of golden lotuses, And precious lamps. On the ground that is laid out and anointed with incense, Scatter delightful flowers. Offer to the compassionate ones immeasurable palaces, With delightful songs of praise, Adorned with beautiful, shining pearl jewels, All those ornaments of the boundless sky. A beautiful jewel umbrella, With a golden handle, Adorned with delightful patterns of surrounding ornaments. Also offer to the Powerful Ones Umbrellas of excellent shape and pleasing appearance. Besides that, also offer Collections of offerings, Delightful music and sweet sounds. May these clouds that soothe the suffering of sentient beings Abide in their respective places. May the rain of precious gems, flowers, etc. Fall continuously Upon all the precious Dharma jewels, And stupas and images. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

如妙音等，供养诸佛。 如是，我亦供养如来（tathāgata），以及具足慈悲的圣者们。 我以赞颂之海，赞叹功德之海。 愿这些美妙的赞颂之云，恒常涌现。 念诵各种供养云咒。 我对诸佛及菩萨，以恭敬心顶礼。 花、香、灯、涂香，食物、音乐等等。 以实际供品和意幻供品供养。 第三，忏悔罪业：我等自无始以来，轮回于轮回中的一切生世，所造之罪业、不善之业，总而言之，该作之业未作，不该作之业反作等等，所有实际罪业，皆诚心忏悔。 由贪嗔痴的力量所驱使。 等等。我一一忏悔。 直至菩提树（bodhi-vṛkṣa）所在之处。 我皈依诸佛。 亦皈依佛法（dharma）与菩萨（bodhisattva）众。 于一切方所安住的，圆满正觉者与菩萨。 我合掌祈请具大悲者： 自无始轮回以来，此生或他生。 我因无知而造罪，或教唆他人造罪。 因愚痴迷惑而受困，随喜他人所作之恶。 我见此过失，真心向怙主（protector）忏悔。 我对三宝（triratna），以及父母或上师（guru）等。 因烦恼而以身语意，所作之伤害。 因诸多过失而积聚的，罪恶深重的我，所造之罪业。 我向一切导师（leader）忏悔这些极难容忍之罪。 在我罪业未净前，或将先亡。 祈请以迅速之法，救我脱离此境。 自无始至今，因受烦恼控制。 所造十不善业与五无间罪。 我皆忏悔。 祈请诸佛菩萨垂听。 我于此生及无始无终之轮回中，所处的一切生世。 所造之罪业、不善之业，或教唆他人造罪，或随喜他人造罪，或盗用佛塔（stūpa）之财物等等，皆不隐瞒。 今后亦将断除并守护。 尽力念诵百字明（Vajrasattva mantra）。
English
To Mañjuśrī (gentle glory) and others, I make offerings to the Victorious Ones. Likewise, I make offerings to the Thus-Gone One (tathāgata), the Protector (nātha), together with his retinue. To the oceans of qualities, I praise with oceans of melodies of praise. May those melodious clouds of praise, certainly and always arise everywhere. Recite the dhāraṇī (mnemonic device) of clouds of offerings as appropriate. To all the Victorious Ones and their offspring, I prostrate with complete reverence. Flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, food, music, and so forth. I offer them, creating them from actual resources and through imagination. Third, confessing sins: From beginningless time, in all lifetimes wandering in saṃsāra (cyclic existence), sins, non-virtuous actions—in short, actions that should have been done were not done, actions that should not have been done were done, and so forth—all actual sins, I thoroughly confess. Driven by the power of attachment, hatred, and ignorance. Etc. I confess each individually. Until I reach the essence of enlightenment (bodhicitta). I take refuge in the Buddhas. Likewise, I take refuge in the Dharma (law) and the Saṅgha (community) of Bodhisattvas. To the fully enlightened Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who reside in all directions. With great compassion, I join my palms and pray: From beginningless saṃsāra, In this or other lifetimes, I have committed sins out of ignorance, or caused others to commit them. Overwhelmed by delusion and confusion, I have rejoiced in what others have done. Having seen these faults, I confess to the Protector with all my heart. To the Three Jewels (triratna), and to my parents or other gurus. Through the gates of afflictions, with body, speech, and mind, whatever harm I have done. The sinful me, burdened with faults and many misdeeds, whatever sins I have committed. I confess all of these unbearable acts to the guides. Before my sins are purified, I may die prematurely. Please protect me with swift means, so that I may certainly be liberated from this. From beginningless time until now, the ten non-virtuous actions and the five heinous crimes. Done because my mind was under the power of afflictions, I confess them all. Please, all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, be mindful of me. In this life and in all the birthplaces in saṃsāra from beginningless time, I have committed sins, non-virtuous actions, or caused others to commit them, or rejoiced in their commission, or stolen the property of stūpas (reliquary mounds), etc., I do not conceal them. From now on, I will cut them off and guard against them.
