诸天众安住于珍宝权位之座，其上有莲花与月亮之垫。垫上方的方向，有金色把柄的白伞，周围环绕着胜幢、幡旗以及无量供养的乐器等物。于彼垫上，自身由bhruṁ（藏文：བྷྲཱུཾ，梵文天城体：भ्रूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṁ，汉语字面意思：种子字）化现为顶髻尊胜佛母（藏文：གཙུག་ཏོར་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་མ་），身色洁白，具三面八臂。主面白色，右面黄色，左面蓝色且略带忿怒。每面皆具三只寂静之眼。右手的第一个手持各种金刚杵于胸前，第二个手持莲花，其上安住无量光佛，第三个手持箭，第四个手结胜施印。左手的第一个手持带绳索的期克印，第二个手持弓，第三个手结救护施印，第四个手结禅定印，其上置有甘露宝瓶。双足跏趺而坐，以丝绸与珍宝之饰严身。顶上为嗡（藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字），喉间为啊（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字），心间为吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）。从坛城主尊心间的种子字放出光明，迎请所有佛陀与菩萨化为顶髻尊胜佛母之形，嗡 班杂 萨玛扎（藏文：ༀ་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：ओम् वज्र सम ज，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra sama ja，汉语字面意思：金刚，三摩地，生），扎 吽 旺 霍（藏文：ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：जः हुं वं होः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ，汉语字面意思：迎请，融入，束缚，欢喜）。再次，从主尊心间的bhruṁ字放出光明，从自性宫殿迎请灌顶本尊圣顶髻尊胜佛母坛城，以及无量诸佛菩萨，并有获得不死寿命成就之天神、仙人、持明者等众眷属围绕，嗡 班杂 萨玛扎（藏文：ༀ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：ओम् वज्र समा ज，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra samā ja，汉语字面意思：金刚，三摩地，生），以阿甘（藏文：ཨརྒྷཾ），乃至夏达（藏文：ཤ བྟ）等供养。祈请世尊薄伽梵母及诸天女众，赐予我等殊胜灌顶。如是祈请后，坛城之主尊及其眷属，以充满清净一切业障与不死之智慧甘露的珍宝宝瓶进行灌顶。宝瓶触及自身顶门，并饮用宝瓶之水。嗡 乌什尼沙 维加亚 萨瓦 帕帕 维修达亚 阿玉 嘉纳 悉地 萨玛亚 阿比辛恰 吽（藏文：ༀ་ཨུཥྞཱི་ཥ་བི་ཛ་ཡ་སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་བི་ཤོ་དྷ་ཡ་ཨཱ་ཡུར་ཛྙཱ་ན་སིདྡྷི་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओम् उष्णीष विजय सर्व पापं विशोधय आयुर्ज्ञान सिद्धि समय अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ uṣṇīṣa vijaya sarva pāpaṃ viśodhaya āyurjñāna siddhi samaya abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，顶髻，尊胜，一切，罪，清净，寿命，智慧，成就，誓言，灌顶，吽）。顶髻尊胜佛母及其眷属说道：‘因汝获得此殊胜灌顶，一切业障皆得清净，获得寿命自在，愿汝圆满证得大智慧！’如是说后，以宝瓶之水从顶门灌顶，智慧之水充满全身，从无始以来所积聚的一切罪障，特别是所有烦恼皆得以清净。

The deities reside on precious thrones, upon a lotus and moon cushion. Above, a white umbrella with a golden handle, surrounded by victory banners, flags, and countless musical instruments and other offerings. On that very cushion, one visualizes oneself as transformed from Bhrūṁ (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṁ, Literal Meaning: Seed syllable) into Ushnishavijaya (Tibetan: གཙུག་ཏོར་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་མ་), white in color, with three faces and eight arms. The main face is white, the right yellow, and the left blue, slightly wrathful. Each face has three peaceful eyes. The first right hand holds a multicolored vajra at the heart, the second holds a lotus upon which Amitabha Buddha resides, the third holds an arrow, and the fourth makes the gesture of supreme generosity. The first left hand holds a threatening gesture with a lasso, the second holds a bow, the third makes the gesture of refuge, and the fourth holds a vase filled with nectar in the gesture of meditation. She sits in the vajra posture, adorned with silk and precious jewels. At the crown of the head is Oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Meaning: Seed syllable), at the throat Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Meaning: Seed syllable), and at the heart Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Seed syllable). Light radiates from the seed syllable at the heart of the main deity of the mandala, inviting all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to manifest as Ushnishavijaya, Oṃ Vajra Samaja (Tibetan: ༀ་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् वज्र सम ज, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra sama ja, Literal Meaning: Vajra, Samadhi, Born), Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ (Tibetan: ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: जः हुं वं होः, Sanskrit Romanization: jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ, Literal Meaning: Invite, Merge, Bind, Joy). Again, light radiates from the syllable Bhrūṁ at the heart of the main deity, inviting the empowerment deities, the sacred Ushnishavijaya mandala, from their natural abode, along with countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and surrounded by gods, sages, and vidyadharas who have attained the deathless life. Oṃ Vajra Samaja (Tibetan: ༀ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् वज्र समा ज, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra samā ja, Literal Meaning: Vajra, Samadhi, Born), offer Argham (Tibetan: ཨརྒྷཾ), and so forth, up to Shabda (Tibetan: ཤ བྟ). I beseech the Blessed Mother and the assembly of goddesses to grant me complete empowerment. Upon this request, the main deity of the mandala and her retinue empower you with a precious vase filled with nectar, the essence of immortality and wisdom, which purifies all obscurations. The vase touches your crown, and you drink the vase's water. Oṃ Ushnisha Vijaya Sarva Papam Vishodhaya Ayurjnana Siddhi Samaya Abhisincha Hūṃ (Tibetan: ༀ་ཨུཥྞཱི་ཥ་བི་ཛ་ཡ་སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་བི་ཤོ་དྷ་ཡ་ཨཱ་ཡུར་ཛྙཱ་ན་སིདྡྷི་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् उष्णीष विजय सर्व पापं विशोधय आयुर्ज्ञान सिद्धि समय अभिषिञ्च हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ uṣṇīṣa vijaya sarva pāpaṃ viśodhaya āyurjñāna siddhi samaya abhiṣiñca hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Om, Crown, Victory, All, Sin, Purify, Life, Wisdom, Accomplishment, Vow, Empower, Hum). Ushnishavijaya and her retinue say, 'Through this supreme empowerment bestowed upon you, may all obscurations be purified, may you obtain the power of life, and may you be fully empowered with great wisdom!' As they say this, the water from the vase empowers you from the crown of your head, and the wisdom water fills your entire body, purifying all the accumulated sins and obscurations from beginningless time, especially all afflictions. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
