Practice the body offering. Contemplate the end by not digging up the water source. With awareness, the noble red woman, stir the water source and drink a mouthful. Visualize transferring people to the same place. Focus on the dry, unmarked sand. Visualize listening to the Dharma beneath the great Naga. In caves and ravines, with awareness, a blazing fire, visualize destroying the foundation and then gathering. With intense compassion, practice the body offering. On roads, rocky paths, highways, and mountaintops, at intersections, awareness is like an invisible stone mountain. Cut off all passages through rock crevices. Subjugate the residing gods and demons. At the confluence of three rivers, awareness transforms into a wrathful, powerful being. With the immeasurable magical power of emanation, from the peak of Mount Meru downwards, subjugate all the eight classes of beings of heaven, earth, mountains, and rocks. Visualize them listening to commands and fulfilling tasks. Having turned into dust, all the gods and demons, visualize them gathering beneath oneself. To counteract upper and lower influences, tie a widow's hair, comb, and black thread around the patient's neck. In the middle of water and lakes, point the spearhead towards the Naga kings. Visualize connecting with malevolent Nagas. Awareness peels off the skin of a corpse. Spread it out flat, and on the iron-scorched ground, pour out all the flesh, blood, and bones. Visualize offering it to the planets, Nagas, and earth lords. Visualize that they are satisfied by offering everything. Rocks, trees, boulders, and temples, the visualization of black thread is the same as before. Connect them, reside permanently, cherish non-arising. ༈ The fierce fire heap visualization is, visualize the middle as iron ground. Awareness peels off the skin of a corpse. With one's own blazing fire heap, strike in the center where flesh and blood arise from space and where gods and demons gather. Gather the skin with iron scorching. View the intestines as a cluster of snakes. Inside, with the blazing fire heap, visualize cooking the flesh and blood. Afterwards, rest in the state of non-arising. In Chöd practice, if the nosebleed doesn't stop, if there is a nosebleed, offer a torma. Give it away together with the body. Dance with hands behind the back. Contemplate the end in the fierce way described above. When male reversal occurs in a fierce place, it is a sign of reversal, wash it with water. Sprinkle the bathwater on rocks and trees. Or if a sudden flood occurs, it is a sign of reversal, throw that number of pebbles into the water source.

Furthermore, if a sudden pain arises, press down on the painful area with a vajra. If the pain does not subside, cherish focusing on the ultimate point. If a sudden tumor appears or is filled with fluid, visualize a blazing fire burning, piercing through the entire body, devouring it. Meditate on the remaining part being blessed and abide in the unborn state. For a sudden fever with heat, visualize a cold thumb in the heart. As it worsens, the coldness fills the head and body. Focus on the coldness and utter the sound "Ha Ring". If a sudden cold disease occurs, meditate on sharp sparks of fire burning at the six crossroads. Visualize the fire burning, filling the entire chest cavity. Imagine the blacksmith's sparks flying everywhere. Take these two visualizations as the ultimate point and reverse them. For cholera, focus on piercing through. Visualize Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿), and Hum (藏文：ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) completely penetrating. Focus on the coming and going of consciousness. Give the body away and rest in the state of unborn. If suffering from acid reflux and unable to eat, visualize the throat being blocked by flesh. Visualize the stomach being devoured by flesh flies. Give the body away and observe the illness. If there is a relapse of indigestion after diarrhea, meditate on the intestines being bound by Rudra. Take these visualizations as the ultimate point to correct the indigestion. If you want to bless evil spirits, cultivate devotion to the Guru in your mind. Visualize your fingers transforming into five ferocious animals. Place them on the head and visualize devouring the patient's body, then dissolve the mind into your own mind. For ignorant children and unconscious corpses, focus on separating your own body from consciousness. Give away the flesh and blood to all the gods and demons. Visualize being devoured by many ferocious animals. Understand the intention of the evil spirit from its expression. If deceived by a king, transform your consciousness into the Supreme Red Lady. Sever with a skull cup and a curved knife. Pour the evil spirit and the body together into the skull cup, along with the sound Phat (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फ，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪). Incorporate all dreams into the skull cup. Bless it and offer it as before. If deceived by earth spirits, transform your consciousness into an unfolded Taki. Dismember the corpse with curved knives. Satisfy with flesh, bones, and skin. Fill the fierce place with flesh, blood, bones, and skin, and visualize it being still and unmoving. Do not exceed seven times. If deceived by Tsen spirits, separate the body and consciousness, make it into pills, and throw them away. Visualize them being happy and satisfied. Quickly eliminate the harm caused by cold. For leprosy relapsing to the point of death, use two frogs and snakes, two fish and lizards, two scorpions and centipedes, these six creatures devour the left and right limbs and other parts. In front and behind, there are two white and black scorpions. A black snake with nine heads devours from the head until it reaches the heel. Devouring from the heel until it reaches the head.
