༈ བསེན་མོས་ཐིག་ལེ་འཕྲོག་པ་ལ། །想着用珍宝充满世界。བསེན་མོ་在珍宝顶端游玩。将珍宝带到耸立的顶峰。从天空的界限抛向他处。无实物落入海的深处。又一个，生起对任何所欲之爱慕。想永远做亲密的朋友。永远一起睡，行布施身体。心中若生贪恋，就修无生。期间做金刚的观想。这样就不会被夺走，有经验。痔疮，吃着痒处并抓挠。屁股的疾病，痒处有虫子。观想无数个黄色红头的虫子。观想秃鹫吃掉所有痒处和虫子。腿脚关节疼痛时。一条九弓长的黑蛇。观想它缠绕着疼痛的腿脚。期间行布施身体，修慈悲心。腿和骨头疼痛时。恐怖的腿脚关节粗大。用天铁刀斧砍断。将腿肉和骨头等。布施给所有显有世间的神鬼。安住在无痕迹、离戏的境界中。腿脚麻痹，截肢的。观想蛇充满。无数红黑色的鹏鸟。一起吃掉蛇和主人。将剩余全部转化为幻身。如果女性生病。子宫内明亮如月。月亮融化变成甘露。甘露流遍全身的脉络。喜乐让身体跳跃不已。观想进入中脉充满。中脉内有无数个太阳。脓水融入太阳的光芒中。布施身体，安住在无生境界中。当命气命脉紊乱时。出现熊骑长手者。向粪道伸出手。拉出命脉带到地下。在金色的土地上吃掉。地下神鬼的种类骚动。吃掉所有身体后进入地下。毫不怀疑命气会被摧毁。胆病，胆汁黄眼时。黑人铁嘴鹏鸟。刺破肝脏摧毁胆汁。剩余部分被成千上万的黑鸟吃掉。修无生是口诀。 ༈ བད་ཀན་སྤྱི་ཁྱབ་ན་བ་ལ། །当普遍的粘液疾病发作时。用白色的阿字充满全身。布施身体，白色的供品最为吉祥。治疗麻风病是这样的。以身魔为主的众生们。以慈悲心行无数次的布施身体。之后自己的身体

༈ When the desire for the essence is stolen. Think of filling the world with jewels. The courtesan plays on the top of the jewel. Carry the jewel to the top of the rising. Throw it from the realm of the sky to another place. The unreal goes into the depths of the ocean. Again, generate affection for any desired lover. Think of being close friends forever. Always sleep together, give the body as alms. If attachment arises in the mind, meditate on non-arising. In between, do the visualization of Vajra. This way it won't be stolen, there is experience. Hemorrhoids, eating and scratching the itch. Buttock disease, worms in the itch. Visualize countless yellow, red-headed worms. Visualize the garuda eating all the itch and worms. When the leg joints hurt. A nine-cubit black snake. Visualize it binding the painful legs and feet. In between, give the body as alms, meditate on compassion. When the legs and bones ache. The terrifying legs and joints are rough. Cutting with a sky-iron axe. The leg meat and bones, etc. Give alms to all the gods and demons of existence. Abide in the state of tracelessness, free from elaboration. Leg paralysis, amputation. The visualization is filled with snakes. Countless red and black garudas. Eat the snake and the owner together. Purify the remaining illusory body completely. If a woman is sick. The moon is clear inside the uterus. The moon melts and becomes nectar. The nectar flows through the veins and fills the whole body. Joy and happiness make the body jump again and again. Visualize entering the central channel and being filled. There are countless suns inside the central channel. Pus merges into the light of the sun. Give the body as alms, abide in the state of non-arising. When the life-wind and life-pulse are disordered. A bear-riding long-handed one appears. Stretching his hand towards the anus. Pulling out the life-pulse and taking it underground. Eating it on the golden ground. The various kinds of underground gods and demons stir. After eating the whole body, go underground. There is no doubt that the life-wind will be destroyed. When there is bile disease, yellow bile in the eyes. A black man, a garuda with an iron beak. Piercing the liver and destroying the bile. The remaining part is eaten by hundreds of thousands of black birds. Meditating on non-arising is the oral instruction. ༈ When a general phlegm disease occurs. Fill the whole body with white A's. Giving the body as alms, the white offerings are most auspicious. This is how to treat leprosy. Sentient beings, mainly body demons. Giving countless bodies as alms with compassion. Then one's own body.
