Some are in the burning iron house of hell, The body is stretched and nailed with iron nails. Some are destroyed by fire hammers, The path of razors, etc., brings suffering with weapons. Some are submerged in rivers of ashes, The good-winged birds peck at the brain with their beaks. Some are boiled in large copper pots, The suffering of heat is extremely unbearable. Some on the mountain of weapons, flesh and blood scattered, Burning flames bring long-lasting suffering. Likewise, sentient beings tormented by cold in hell, Have blisters, and have blisters that burst. Achu Kyi Hu, Sotham, lotus-shaped, Cracking like a large lotus, bringing suffering, Blizzards strike, completely freezing, Extremely weak, suffering is endless. Even in the world of Yama, there is no happiness, Hunger, thirst, and burning flames torment the body, In the intermediate kalpa, the sound of food and drink is not heard. Even the cool moonlight of summer, Is as hot as burning flames. In winter, the sun torments with cold. Even medicinal trees, flowers, and beautiful rivers, Seeing them will dry up, and pus and blood will flow out. The belly is wide, and the hands and feet are extremely thin, Even if food and drink are obtained, they will be burned by burning flames, Burning the lungs and heart, and rain of flames will fall. Some, although they have the magical power of karma, Roam everywhere, harboring intentions of harm, Spreading disease, stealing radiance, interrupting life. There is no chance of escaping from the evil realms. Then there is the world of animals, Foolish and deluded, they devour each other, Tormented by the karma of killing and servitude, Threatened by the fear of hunger, thirst, disease, and harm. People also have no time for happiness, Birth, old age, sickness, death, strife, poverty, Desires cannot be satisfied, accumulation and protection, etc., Afraid of separation from loving relatives, encountering enemies, Searching, nurturing, harming, and unhappiness

不遂心愿，不欲降临身。种种痛苦，各自折磨人。阿修罗争斗，倍受诸苦难。战场车毁坏，彻底被搅乱。须弥山压迫，身体颤抖战。海水被搅动，喧嚣声震天。岩石崩塌时，三千世界撼。武器之轮转，击碎如微尘。如末劫火风，搅动四散般。心也已炸裂，莫盼能生还。强烈之嗔恨，焚烧己之心。激烈之争斗，外境皆变幻。如是己之军，亦极度扰乱。恒时争斗故，无有安乐时。四大天王及，三十三天处。放逸耽欲乐，不净且散乱。阿修罗侵扰，战场受苦难。虽享诸多乐，如梦醒一般。临死之时至，短暂无厌足。鲜花已凋谢，不喜旧且残。见来世居处，身无悦意香。亲友皆远离，意识亦错乱。天界七日间，感受诸苦痛。甚于恶道苦。妻妾不悦意，喜园乐苑他化天。耽欲不知足，放逸而堕落。复又将堕入，恶道之境地。梵天等及彼，十二禅定处。禅定之乐尽，先前之境已。复又将堕入，恶道诸趣中。「无色界四者，仅以一寂止。安住于劫寿，彼亦业尽时。能仁曾宣说，将入恶趣处。总而言之者，三界轮回城。痛苦三苦八苦所苦。无有安乐时，如火坑一般。今生若未渡，有海之此岸。来世将如何，我当如何做。是故当深厌，轮回之自性苦。为自他解脱，从今须努力。如今之微小，寒热饥渴等。我尚不能忍，哀嚎声不断。轮回恶道中，难忍诸痛苦。剧烈且长久，我当如何忍。是故当于法，精进且恭敬。以信心惭愧，具知有廉耻。慈爱与悲悯，菩提大心力。

When desires are unfulfilled, the unwanted descends upon you. Various sufferings torment beings individually. Asuras suffer from numerous battles and strife, On the battlefield, chariots are shattered and utterly disrupted. Bodies tremble as Mount Meru is hurled and presses down, The sound of the turbulent ocean echoes, Like the collapse of rocky mountains, the three thousand worlds shake. The wheel of weapons crushes beings like particles of dust. Like the scattering from the turmoil of the fire wind at the end of time, Hearts burst open, with no hope of survival. Intense hatred burns one's own mind, Fierce battles transform the external environment. Likewise, one's own army is also greatly disturbed, Constant strife leaves no room for happiness. Even in the realms of the Four Great Kings and the Thirty-three, Distracted and impure, indulging in reckless desires, Asuras are harmed and suffer on the battlefield. Though enjoying much pleasure, it is like awakening from a dream, At the time of death, brief and unsatisfying. Flowers wither, and one dislikes the old and decaying. Seeing the future abode, the body lacks pleasant fragrance. Friends abandon you, and consciousness is confused, Suffering for seven days in the realm of the gods, Surpassing even the suffering of the lower realms. Wives are displeasing, the Joyful Garden, the Delightful Emanation, the Other-Emanating. Insatiable with desire, falling into recklessness, Again, one will fall into the realm of the lower states. The Brahma realms and so forth, the twelve abodes of meditative absorption, The bliss of meditative absorption exhausts the previous state, Again, one will fall into the realms of the lower states. The four formless realms, with just one quiescence, Abiding for an eon, even that, when karma is exhausted, The Able One has said, will enter the realms of the lower states. In short, in the city of the three realms of samsara, Suffering from the three sufferings and the eight sufferings, There is no time for happiness, like a pit of fire. If we do not cross the ocean of existence in this lifetime, What will become of us in the future? What shall I do? Therefore, deeply disgusted with the suffering nature of samsara, For the sake of liberating oneself and others, From today onwards, we must definitely strive. Even for the slightest heat, cold, hunger, and thirst now, I cannot bear it and utter cries of lamentation, How can I endure the unbearable suffering of samsara and the lower realms, Which is intense and long-lasting? Therefore, be diligent and respectful in the Dharma, With faith, shame, conscientiousness, and awareness, Love, compassion, and the great mind of Bodhicitta.
