The non-dual path of the supreme Jetsun Töngwa Döndrup, In the state of non-grasping at whatever arises as awareness. When gazing intently and then relaxing completely, The clear essence of awareness is like water poured into water. Non-dual self-liberation, bliss-clarity-non-thought arises, Even if a slight distraction occurs, it remains unwavering and stable. At that time, the unborn mind itself is the state of the Dharmakaya, The awareness that arises and liberates is the Nirmanakaya passing into nirvana. No need to accept or reject, let it be wherever it is comfortable, arising or abiding. In the union of skillful means and wisdom, arising and abiding, shamatha and vipashyana, Do not fabricate with the intellect, do not engage in artificial cleverness. If there is any acceptance, rejection, or abandonment, At that time, hope and fear bind you in the box of dualistic grasping. You will not reach the desired place, but fall into error, Therefore, in whatever arises, it is most important to have no acceptance or rejection. Friends, the mind is like a drum that can be turned over, If held, it moves; if released, it remains stable. If you let it be in its natural state, it is self-liberated in the primordial state, When grasping and grasper are liberated in their own place, you find peace of mind. Therefore, abandon the mind that intentionally focuses, In the absence of focus, leave whatever arises uncorrected and unadulterated. Non-dual grasping and grasper, abide in great self-liberation, Unobstructed awareness, clear and empty wisdom arises. The various appearances are the means of appearance, The vipashyana wisdom of liberation is spontaneously accomplished. Abiding in that very nature, clear and still shamatha, Bliss-clarity-non-thought samadhi is spontaneously accomplished. Unmade, indestructible, it is the great natural state, When movement abides, it completely subdues. The natural state of arising and abiding is the source of all qualities, Arising without sinking, the mind abides and prevents attachment. Vipashyana wisdom uproots the afflictions, Liberating from the mind of form and formlessness. The wild man of abiding prevents the web of elaboration, Shamatha wisdom suppresses the afflictions, Liberating from the mind of desire. Such meditation, in the unmade spontaneous accomplishment, Non-dual acceptance and rejection, your own mind arises as a friend. Grasping and grasper self-liberate, qualities are perfectly complete, The mind is awakened, it is the supreme great equanimity. Then, the post-meditation equanimity is vast and boundless, The nature of appearance is like dreams and illusions, Like mirages, optical illusions, echoes, reflections, Like the moon in water, emanations, empty in essence. Appearing as if existent, clear and unobstructed, Not dull, not confused, not scattered, not agitated. In appearance, practice in the state of non-grasping. In between, occasionally generate renunciation and weariness from the depths of your heart.
