The wrathful deity mandala is immeasurable, the abode of Khechara where clouds of Dakinis frolic. It is the very pure land of the five families of Heruka, which is extremely apparent to those who have accomplished the secret mantra. This is now called the Great Bliss Khechara, which is very famous among the wise and accomplished. From the clarity within, the self-appearing is erected as external clarity. From the mandala of the five wrathful families, like the reflection of the moon appearing in water, for the individuals who reside on the ground of the secret mantra holders who have power over life, and for those who hold the lineage of the Great Seal, in order to purify the five poisons, the Dharma of the five bodies and wisdoms appears spontaneously. When subduing ignorance, the mandala of the wrathful deity Buddha Heruka of the Tathagata family is clear in Akanishta. Having gone there, one shares the same fortune with the Dakinis and the lords of yoga, other knowledge holders, and enjoys the joy of the gathering and the vast view and conduct of mantra. Similarly, in the Vajra realm, Vajra Heruka, in the Ratna realm, Ratna Heruka, in the Padma realm, Padma Heruka, and in the Karma realm, the mandala and the arrangement of the Karma Heruka realm, and the companions of the accomplished Dakinis, and those who travel in the sky, and those who travel on the ground, and those born from mantra, and those born from the realm, and so on, share the same fortune with the assembly of Vajra Yoginis, and act as empty companions. At the time of death, in that realm, they are greeted by clouds of umbrellas, banners, and music, and the lineage holding lamas see them and lead them, and place them in the ranks of the lineage holders. The five places are known as Great Bliss Khechara, because the realm, Dharma, teacher, and companions are the same as those who have attained the ground, and one does not think of anything other than where one enjoys one's own view and the accomplishment of Samadhi. As it says in the Jewel Ocean: "To those who dwell on the ground, it appears as such, to the knowledge holders, the realm of the wrathful deities, the great assembly of Khechara qualities, adorned with the signs of accomplishment, the great and wondrous accomplishment appears." Thus it is said. It is said that the knowledge holders and Vajra Lamas who purify the path reside here. Among the seven incarnations who tame beings, the six who are shown as Thubba, the second incarnation who tames beings also to the beings of each.

On the land, the teacher who acts in accordance with that appearance appears. As mentioned before, from the six places of the Sambhogakaya in Akanishta, six rays of light shine on the six realms, and from the top, the teachers of each garland wheel of letters appear and act. It should be known that: the Sambhogakaya pure land, from that nature, the Nirmanakaya that tames beings, appears as the respective teacher in the six realms. That is, Indra, the weaver of good patterns, as well as Shakyamuni Buddha, Lion Virtue, Burning Face Deva, Ava Bull-head, etc., the six teachers in the ten directions of the pure lands, each tame the six types of beings in the six realms. From the light of the Sambhogakaya, the garland wheel of letters shines as a teacher in the six realms. In the realm of the gods, with Indra and other teachers of the gods, in the realm of the Asuras, with the weaver of good patterns, etc., in the realm of humans, with the Great Sage, etc., in the realm of animals, with Lion Virtue, etc., in the realm of pretas, with Burning Face Deva, etc., in the realm of hells, with Ava Bull-head, etc., each naturally accomplishes their tamer. Although there is no movement or effort, accomplishing the meaning of sentient beings is the blessing of great compassion, and the cause of the increase of the white karma of beings, appearing like the three dharmas of water, moon reflection, and moon mandala. Just as the moon has the ability to reflect images, the moon of the Sambhogakaya also has the ability to manifest the Nirmanakaya in front of those to be tamed, just as the water vessel has the ability to hold images, those to be tamed also have the merit of manifesting the Nirmanakaya, and when the two are combined, just as the moon in the water appears effortlessly, if there are beings to be tamed, the image of the Nirmanakaya manifested by the moon of the teacher will arise without separation for even a moment. As the Karma Shataka says: "The waves of the ocean, the abode of aquatic creatures, may pass in time, but for the sons to be tamed, the Buddha will not pass in time." Thus, the worlds of the four directions, above and below, pervading the limits of space, the six realms of beings above and below, in the four corners, are immeasurable and countless, all by their own karma, tending towards the higher realms.
