Wandering in the wilderness, they also desire happiness in their own awareness. Not wanting suffering, they are attached to and enjoy the temporary appearance of happiness, such as food, drink, lodging, and utensils. Although they see it as worthy of offering, they do not attain accomplishment because they do not know how to make offerings. Those who recognize their own nature realize that the daughter of the lamp of space and the son of awareness are inseparable. By practicing this, they can attain enlightenment in the moment of completing their actions. Now and in the future, those who desire to become Buddhas should also learn from this, as advised. From the Great Tantra of Auspicious, Beautiful, Adorned, Glorious, Sky-like, and Immaculate: Emaho! In the past, there was a Buddha named Great Light Radiance, who had a stupa with a hundred thousand great lights, which was exquisitely stacked and reached the summit of existence. It was vast and pervaded all beings in the three thousand worlds, reaching the limits of space. Its roots were embedded in the great hell of suffering. Its smallness was like a sesame seed divided into a hundred parts. Its vastness was as boundless as the sky. Its clarity was like the sun and moon unobscured by clouds. It was unimpeded like the wind. All beings saw it as worthy of offering. Although they made great offerings through various activities, they did not attain any accomplishments. At that time, his daughter and the luminous son came together and attained enlightenment in an instant through a single act of offering. That is, placing the key point of space on the appearance of the sun, moon, and lamp light, guiding and viewing all directions, left, right, above, and below, from the side. The place of awareness is to remain within it, like a continuous thread, without moving. If one becomes familiar with this, the outer appearance will manifest as clear light. When the body, bindu, and rays of light appear, the subtle and coarse grasping within will dissolve, and the self-nature of the primordial purity of reality will become clear. As the Garland of Pearls says: The mind remains unmoving in its own place. The thought is unmoving, naturally liberated. Awareness is unchanging, the three kayas are clear. With the mind and thought calm, the stream of thoughts ceases. With the body and speech calm, suffering is absent. With awareness calm, the five kayas arise. With awareness arising, the causes and conditions cease. With clear light arising, the subtle and coarse cease. With space and awareness arising, body and mind cease. So it is said. Secondly, the specific explanation of how to practice with the four methods of settling, divided into two: How to practice

This is a brief explanation of the essence of how to receive and a detailed explanation of the nature. First, from the wordless (teachings): Then, son of a noble family, leave the great city and dwell in a monastery in the vast expanse of the forest. Having severed outer and inner affairs, if you do not separate from the four great ways of viewing, you will not separate from the truth of the Buddha, and thus, without an intermediate state, you will attain enlightenment in a single instant. The door of his compassion will not be closed, and great emanations will spread in the ten directions. This should also be understood as follows. The view like a mountain king, the intention like an ocean king, the instruction like an awareness king, and the method like an appearance king are taught. The second part has four aspects. First, the view like a mountain king is that in the state of the wisdom of the dharmadhatu, the decisive intention is kept clear and bright without change. As it is said in the tantra itself: The view like a mountain king is secret. It is not doubt, there is no natural change. It is completely clear in the state of space itself. The essence of things is that very awareness. It is not made, where is the maker? It is not modified, there is no master of modification. It is not a view, it is separate from the viewer and the dharma. It is not seen, the seer is completely clear. It is not the manifestor, it is separate from the aspect of manifestation. It is not impurity, it spreads unhindered in the ten directions expands. It is not effort, it is separate from the dharma of effort and accomplishment. It is not the only one, it is separate from the many dharmas. There is no outer and inner, outer and inner are clear. It is not the viewer, it transcends the two extremes of permanence and annihilation. Because there is no view, there is no viewing. It does not deviate from things, the view naturally disappears. It is not existence, it abides in its state. As said. Second, the intention like an ocean king is that in the ocean of tears, when the empty images, the reflections of planets and stars appear, there are no waves of clinging to negation, affirmation, and attachment, but knowing clearly and brightly, experiencing without contraction and expansion, this is called viewing the top of the victory banner that does not sink in the profound dharma nature, in the immeasurable ocean. From the wordless (teachings): The intention like an ocean king is, it is not appearance, it is not the one who makes appearance. It is not emptiness, it is not existence in emptiness. It is not clarity, it is the realm of great clarity. It is not sinking, there is no natural agitation. It does not move, it does not shake, it will not change.
