Distinguishing. After completing practice in this way, always rejoice in the key points of direct perception. That completion is not entering the three realms. It should be practiced with utmost secrecy. Thus it is said. Third, to guide the mind, there are preliminary practices of body, speech, and mind. Preliminary practices are divided into two: actual preliminary practices and settling. The actual preliminary practices are: From the perspective of reversal, the preliminary of the body, the causes of individual actions cease, sitting in the vajra posture, the body is tamed and benefits the mind. Speech is abiding in the syllable (ཧཱུྃ,hum,Hum,seed syllable), increasing and training. Seeking a virtuous friend and introducing them to the path, in this way, speech is tamed and benefits the mind. The mind is the place where it first arises, the middle where it abides, and the end where it goes. Like this, if one examines and analyzes the three, the mind is tamed and one knows the nature of the mind. Thus it is said. Settling is from that very text, those with yoga settle. Thus it is said. The necessity of those preliminary practices is: commonly, the obstacles of body, speech, and mind are pacified, and sins and obscurations are purified. The supreme necessity is liberation into the expanse of the body, speech, and mind of the Buddha. For this, there are two kinds of necessity, one must distinguish the difference between common and supreme. Thus it is said. The necessity of the three settlements is: settling the body increases the aggregates, elements, and bodhicitta. Settling speech abides in the meaning that cannot be expressed, and the conceptualization of words ceases. Settling the mind has the necessity of liberating from the objects of attachment of thought. These have explained the preliminary practices. The second meaning is the main practice, how the key instructions are explained in the tantra of the stainless wisdom yogi, there are four great categories of Dharma: first, how to subdue the key points of body, speech, and mind. Relying on the three key points, directly settle the nature of reality on oneself. After practicing in this way, how the four appearances arise. For those's help or support or boundary, the oral instructions are explained. The first is: from the Tantra of Self-Arisen Explanation: After doing the preliminary practices in this way, in order to see the direct meaning, body, speech, and mind must be extremely subdued. The body is like a lion, like a hermit and an elephant. If one does not move from these, one has the same fortune as the three thousand Buddhas themselves. Speech is like a mute, with whom.

Do not just do a little bit. Like this, who is the person who does it? Cutting off the mind's distractions by oneself. Like this, who subdues body and speech? For the light of the Dharma realm, this will become a habit. Thus it is said. From the determination, the key to manifestation is body, speech, and mind. The keys to each must be followed. That is, the body, from the three bodies, should not be constantly transcended. Speech is learning and abiding, and recitation should be firm. The mind is accomplished by entrusting it to the Dharma realm. Thus it is said. The key to the body is not to move from the three postures. The key to speech is not to move from the unspeakable. The key to the mind is not to move from the nature of non-distraction and non-discrimination in the center of the outer empty space, these three should be practiced supremely." "Secondly, relying on the three keys to bring the manifestation of Dharma nature down to oneself has three aspects: bringing it down to oneself with the three keys, recognizing oneself with manifestation, and striking the key with practice. The first is: From the only son of the Buddha: Like this, the body and so on, by completely tormenting all the keys, wisdom itself and manifestation, are known from the instructions of the guru. Thus it is said. From the determination: the three key instructions are inseparable. That is, relying on the key of the door and the object itself, as well as the key of the wind and wisdom." "The door is to look at the three bodies with the eyes, the object is to be free from obscuration. Wisdom is accomplished by the gentleness of wind and wisdom. Thus it is said. The key to the door is not to move from the three ways of looking. From that itself: the unwavering far-reaching is the key. At this time, it is combined with the three ways of looking. Thus it is said. From the Pearl Rosary: The door is unwavering in that itself, and the two bright ones are also unwavering. Thus it is said. That is also because the two eyes do not move, the light channels do not move. Therefore, thoughts are interrupted. The key to the object is to focus the eyes on the space between the eyebrows and look without distraction, this is called the way of looking at the Dharma realm and wisdom. That is also because the sky is the basis for the manifestation of the pure lamp of the Dharma realm, so looking there is called the way of looking at the Dharma realm. Awareness is the function of wisdom, so if it is not distracted, the continuous appearance of light will appear, therefore it is called the way of looking at wisdom. At this time, because it is focused on the outer space, the inner
