Since it is the self-ground, the causes and conditions are complete. Since it is self-realization, the nature of reality is complete. Since it is self-returning, samsara and nirvana are complete. Since it is self-abiding, the tantras and agamas are complete. Since it is self-accomplished, it is complete in one moment. Since it is self-knowing, the instructions are complete. Since it is self-established, meditation is complete. Since it is self-created, the expanse is complete. Thus it is. So, La Zawa, Agampa, and Chingsu Chingpa, these three are the extremely profound key points of Trekchö of this Great Perfection, so the great teacher spoke for the sake of future generations. In short, Khyunchhen said: It is impossible to desire a ground, on this mind, the ripening karmas and habitual tendencies have no ground, who is the support? Like a flower growing in the sky, there is no place to grow, without support, the body has no place for the mind, habitual tendencies cannot be supported. Thus, whatever is done is a friend of the mind, who is without benefit or harm. Like space cannot rely on objects and so on. The mind that is originally boundless, limitless, and impartial. To whom does the appearance of samsara and the lower realms appear? Like an untrue dream, illusion, a city of gandharvas. False appearances, the fruit of truth is impossible here. Since there is no body and wisdom, to whom do ignorance and other afflictions exist? Thus, La Zawa and so on. Abandon the Dharma that harms the mind that desires happiness. Self-established, independent, samsara and nirvana are without action. Self is, not other, appearance, awareness, and miracles as well. Transforming what is seen, eliminating attachment and other obstacles. Instantaneously placed, the limits of verbal play are cut off. The miracles of mind and intellect, whatever appears, are cut off. Bind between the mind without Dharma and action. Thus Agampa and so on. Unfabricated samsara and nirvana, when is action free, the Great Perfection itself is, what else is there? The mind is invisible, no one has seen the reason. Therefore, there is no sin, what is the use of virtue here? The source of one's own tradition is combined with the very beginning. The box of the wise, the three realms cannot be surpassed. Unfabricated foolish appearance, to whom is there relaxation? This does not abide in either samsara or nirvana. Thus Chingsu Chingpa said. These liberate the lazy from the ground, and the instructions of Trekchö have been shown. Secondly, the instructions of Tögal, which liberate the diligent from the path, are divided into two: showing how it is superior to Trekchö, and the Tögal itself with special characteristics.

This is the explanation. Firstly, there are seven superiorities: the superiority related to practice and application, the superiority of the body's essential channels, the superiority of the manifesting door, the superiority of the seeing faculty, the superiority of the direct manifestation of one's own essence, the superiority of the appearance of light, and the superiority of the increase of experiential phenomena. The first is: the outer sphere is empty space, while the inner sphere is the continuous stream of awareness, directly shown as a rainbow, the unbroken stream of instructions does not rely on the wisdom of conceptual thought. Because the essence of the instructions has no admixture or fabrication in between, and there is no way to measure whether it is deep or not, it is most superior. From the absence of letters, the nature of awareness pervades all, but the Dharmakaya is found in the oral instructions. The second is: in Trekchö, although awareness abides in the body, it lacks its essential point. Here, there is a special essential point. In the Refutation it says: The essential point of the object is in the faculty, the essential point of the faculty is in the mind, the essential point of the mind is in the eye, the essential point of the eye is in the channel. Therefore, from the posture of the body, the habitual tendencies and the connection of the body are severed, and the intention of the Buddha is perfected. The third is: awareness abides in non-conceptuality, in Trekchö, from the door of the mind, wisdom is sought from the sound of conceptualization, but here, the sound of the non-conceptual clear light of awareness arises from the eye, and recognizing it is also more superior. In the Refutation it says: The essential point of wisdom arises from the eye, by knowing the way of seeing with the eye, one practices together with the Dharmadhatu. The superiority of the seeing faculty is: in Trekchö, because the faculty grasps the appearance of the six aggregates of objects, various concepts arise continuously. But here, because the faculty of the clear light channel directly sees the rainbow-like light, when it is seen, concepts cease simultaneously, and immeasurable aspects of wisdom arise. In the Tantra itself it says: When directly seeing the rainbow-like light, the thoughts of wandering concepts cease, like a bird flying in the sky, there is nowhere to go in the Dharmadhatu. Because the appearance of non-other awareness is completely pure, the causes and conditions for appearing as delusion are exhausted. The superiority of the direct manifestation of one's own essence is: in Trekchö, wisdom cannot be truly seen, but here, because it is truly seen, it is superior because of the power to cut off the city of the womb in the future. In the Refutation it says: By the superiority of the direct manifestation of Dharmata, whether the faculties are sharp or dull, all sentient beings
