Appearing as vastness, yet without partiality; appearing as clarity, yet without substance; appearing as blue, yet without division; appearing as white, yet without clinging to lineage; appearing as yellow, yet with perfect qualities; appearing as red, yet with wisdom unceasing; appearing as green, yet with perfect qualities; abiding in the five colors, yet without clinging to color, the great one. Round, yet without shape; unceasing, yet without flaw; without pervasiveness, yet with great self-radiance; self-luminous, yet with both inner and outer; without effort or striving, yet naturally accomplished. The appearance of compassion is like emptiness, appearing clear and unceasing; without elaboration, yet with great elaboration; with unceasing nature, yet with great variety and uncertainty; with clarity, there is no darkness; with unceasingness, there is great non-existence; naturally empty, yet with great universal manifestation; unmixed, yet with great complete appearance; pervading all, yet with great unity; pure, yet with great unceasing illusion; complete, yet with great unified appearance. The wisdom of compassion abides unceasingly, thus it is said. Third, reversing the basis of confusion regarding aspects: The basis of original purity, the essence of the three wisdoms spoken of therein, abiding in the form of the body, some are confused about this and think of it as having a mouth, eyes, ears, etc., of wisdom and self-light. Mixing with secret instructions, they are unable to avoid the pitfalls of Mahayoga. If there are a mouth and eyes, are the faculties coarsely existent as objects, or are they merely a part of the formless mind? If the former, then there is no difference from coarse desire-form. If the latter, then there is no difference from the four extremes of the sense bases. From Rangshar: In the great pure Dharmakaya, because there is no object to be grasped, there is no imputation of characteristics. If there were characteristics, then the Dharmakaya would become graspable. Thus it is said. Confused about the explanation of the five self-existing lights, some think that the five lights exist as self-characteristics. There is no difference between Dharmakaya and Rupakaya, and that realm would not be emptiness of Dharmata. From the same: Because it turns into having characteristics, the Dharmakaya would become existent as form. Thus it is said. Confused about the explanation of compassion as unceasing, all-pervading, and free from elaboration, some think that wisdom is continuous. If there is no arising of wisdom, then there is no knowledge of the Buddhas, like a sheer cliff in the sky, or like a senseless

Go to. It says in Klong Drugpa: If knowledge and wisdom are not different, what is the difference between them and inanimate objects? Or it is just that this itself transforms into utter emptiness. With the wisdom of compassion, which knows the suchness of knowable things, one knows the reality of one's own objects. If there is no part of that wisdom, what is the difference between it and the forms of the four elements? With the wisdom of compassion, which knows all knowable things, one knows the thoughts of those to be tamed. Without this, it is like the sky itself. Therefore, the wisdom of the all-knowing one appears in the aspect of compassion. All of this is not held by memory, but abides in its own nature, and does not abide coarsely in grasping and being grasped. Appearing as a subtle part of clarity, this is the path of sentient beings, growing upwards like a seed. So it is said. These two wisdoms are present in the primordial ground (ye gzhi) only as a plan, and are not coarse, so it is reasonable that these two wisdoms arise at the time of enlightenment. It also says in the Collection: Without wisdom, there is no increase in qualities, no enlightenment, and the Buddha's teachings, which are like the ocean, will not exist. So it is said. Then, what about the explanation that awareness has a house of light and a place of infinite light? Explanation: In the primordial ground (ye gzhi), at the time of the purity of the essence (ka dag) and the ultimate purity of liberation (ka dag), there is only a part of the clear plan, but in reality there is no part of the body, light, clarity, and awareness entering the field, because in the state of the unchanging dharmakaya, there is no object or sign at all. Just as when a clear crystal ball is in the sun and when it is away from conditions and in the shade, there is only clarity, but the five lights do not appear. When awareness transcends the ground and appears as the ground appearance, and when it is now in the body, and in the bardo of dharmata, it abides in the house of light. Self-awareness transcends the ground, and abides in the ground appearance until the ultimate ground is not attained. It is like a lamp abiding in the center of its own light, or like the appearance of crystal meeting sunlight. In short, when awareness is in the inner space of the ground, at the beginning and the end, there is no body of light in reality except for clarity. From then on, when it transcends, it is accompanied by the radiance of its own light. When it abides in the heart, although it is said to be the temporary ground, it actually transcends from the essence to samsara and has not reached the place of liberation.
