It is so. Do not cling tightly to past jealousy, do not fixate on future jealousy, and do not let present jealousy enter the mind. This is the yogi who realizes the equality of the three times. He is called the great yogi who realizes the inseparability of samsara and nirvana. The Buddha is said to be the appearance of the qualities of meditative absorption that are experienced. Secondly, in the practice of profound secret mantra, there are three yogas: channels, winds, and bindus. As stated in the Thalygyur: "The places of the channels are two hundred. Among them, it is necessary to condense the essential points. One hundred and fifteen perform all actions. The essential points of the channels are extremely changeable. Sixty-eight combine with the nature of reality. It is the channel of supreme great bliss. With four, observe the appearance of beings. The basis of the place and the path of movement, the door of maturation and the action of opening, the time and its amount of appearance. The oral instructions for its place are: place, movement, and the path of movement. Combine with the place of maturation and the bindu. Whoever does it in this way, conceptual thoughts cease and wisdom arises." And: "The necessity of wind is twofold: to create the complete worldly body, and the body and wisdom that transcend the world, to become accustomed to the bindu itself, the body is pervaded by emptiness and clarity, the conceptual thoughts of the mind cease, non-conceptual wisdom arises, external appearances disappear, and wind and mind merge. Therefore, wind performs all actions." And: "For a while, relying on the conventional bindu, with the desire to become enlightened, the consort who is complete with characteristics, must definitely begin the practice of summoning. With the object of reliance, oneself and the channels, and the objects of focus, make the body complete. Then, the conventional bindu itself, lower, hold, and reverse, insert into the channels and mix with the wind, practice emptiness and cut off subsequent thoughts, make the body and mind mutually reverse." These should be understood for the time being according to practical instructions. Thirdly, regarding holding the minds of gods and humans, there are two aspects: a brief explanation and a detailed explanation. The first is from "Lamp Illuminating": "By holding the minds of gods and humans, holding various signs, the key point of the body is the lotus posture, the key point of the breath is inhaling inward, the key point of awareness is the tip of the nose." And from "Self-Arisen": "Holding the minds of gods and humans."

। Having restrained the breath of the nostrils, when the non-conceptual mind is transformed, the essence of single-pointed awareness is said to be without immediate conceptualization. Thus it is said. The second has two parts: training in gross objects of focus and in subtle objects. The first is to hold the mind on the objects of each of the six consciousnesses. Let whatever conceptual thoughts arise in the forms, sounds, smells, tastes, tactile sensations, and phenomena, and without being distracted in that state, recognize the face, and meditate by identifying the interval between the prior and subsequent moments of recollection and awareness. That is, to hold awareness on whatever arises from the objects of the six consciousnesses. As it is said in the Madhyamaka-Prasangika: "This is the key to practice, the nature of the object of focus and the place of meditation. The objects of focus are sound, smell, taste, and touch." "Having trained in the realm of the five desires, forms are colors and shapes, crafts and arts are different, and there are various kinds of eye illusions. Sounds are the sounds of the lute and the buzzing of bees, the zither, the earthenware drum, and the flute, the panpipe and the harala, and so on. Smells are fragrant mixtures, made with pleasing and profound interdependence. Tastes are sugarcane with six flavors, and various mixtures of grape wine, combined with interdependent limbs. Touch is when the wise combine on a bed, the combination of intersecting bows arising, with some leaves of trees, merely by touching the nature of things, the mind abides without separation. The mind is grasping and abiding, cutting off the root and chasing after things, searching between the object and awareness, are those who are distracted and lost." Thus it is said. "The second, training in subtle objects, is training in the phenomena of the objects of the mind, which are the distinctions of the six consciousnesses. This has two parts: a general explanation of the categories, and the recognition of the nature of the occasion. The first is as it says in the "Sun and Moon Union Sutra": "By focusing the mind on the letter A(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), the attachment to things is reversed in its place." "By focusing the mind on the deity of generation, one purifies the defilements of the body. With the song of the vajra of speech," "one satisfies the mind of that deity. By focusing the mind on the letter Hūṃ(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), one purifies the defilements of speech." "Whoever holds the mind on the letter Raṃ(藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让), all of their things are purified. Whoever abides in the letter Ha(藏文:ཧ,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈), all ignorance is exhausted. Whoever places the mind on the letter Phaṭ(藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪), they eliminate harm to body and speech. Whoever meditates on the bindu between the eyebrows, this will make the winds accustomed. On the cause of the staff,
