Depending on the elements, thus is the extraction of essence. Furthermore, it is said that the extraction of essence, which severs the continuum of bodily elements, is exceedingly wondrous. By constantly reversing the flow of feces, the leakage of the ordinary body is exhausted. Alternatively, by relying on the essence-extracted butter in appropriate amounts, the elements will sever the continuum. When the continuum of bodily elements is severed, living beings will not reside in the body, and there will be no excrement or urine, etc. Even the external and internal winds will cease. Thus it is said. Regarding severing attachment to clothing, there are two profound connections: wind and interdependence. Interdependence refers to the combination of flesh, herbs, resins, and so forth. Wind involves sitting in a cross-legged posture, inhaling wind into the body, filling the stomach, and then slowly exhaling, aligning with the visualization of fire. This generates warmth in the external body, eliminating the need for clothing. Internally, warmth arises in the mind, gradually dispelling thoughts, and abiding in a state of non-conceptual samadhi. As stated in the *Thal 'Gyur* (Inverted Sutra): This is the yoga of clothing: it is accomplished through wind and profound interdependence. Wind involves projecting and retracting, at the crucial point of circling back and forth. The elements of each visualization are distinguished by their harmony with the yogic body. Through the combination of interdependence, on the two, six, seven, and three, pills and powders are well mixed, and the practice of swallowing and anointing is performed. Thus it is said. At these times, the extraction of the essence of the four elements is combined into one, like the combination of precious mercury. By relying on the wind and visualization of the four elements, the qualities of food and clothing, etc., are accomplished. As it says in the same text: If a yogi who harmonizes tastes, in relation to the four elements, aligns the key points of earth, water, fire, and wind, mixes them with the body, and ignites them with wind, transforms them with the individual elements of their own body, and enjoys them, then they should meditate on the mandala of key convergence. When familiarity with this reaches its limit, the powers of the four become equal, and one can enjoy bliss and be free from fear. Through this, both food and clothing are accomplished, and life and enjoyment are perfected. Thus it is said. The mandala of key convergence is: first, the essence extraction of earth is the hand, the essence extraction of water is mercury, the essence extraction of fire is sandalwood, and the essence extraction of wind is agarwood. These four are combined to make pills the size of peas, each of which is eaten in the morning while holding the breath.

At the navel, a triangular mandala of fire; at the heart, a circular mandala of water; at the throat, a square mandala of earth; at the crown, a bow-like space of wind, from which, gazing downward at (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanized: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), a drop of bodhicitta descends, pervading the throat, heart, and navel, stirring warmth. Lowering bliss, holding the mind in the bliss-warmth of burning and dripping, thereby accomplishing the supreme siddhi of both food and clothing, as taught by the master Shri Singha, and also accomplished through personal experience. To cut off attachment to dreams, when training in meditation sessions, there are two key points: examination and practice. As stated in the *Abhisamayalankara*: "The essential path of dreams is to first prepare and then introduce the key point. First, tame the body, speech, and mind, and based on the signs of accomplishment, examine, overpower, and identify the three latent tendencies. Then, when introducing the key point, tame, transform, and cut off, agitate, restrain, and abandon the key point. By making the key point the activity of reversing and transforming, the dreams of activity are exhausted, and the confused latent tendencies are uprooted. At this time, by one's own diligence, the best are cut off, the middling are known, and the worst are certain to be transformed; these are the initial signs of dreams. The final signs are unclear and then change, and these signs reach the limit." Thus it is said. The essential point of practicing these meanings is that there are two aspects: preliminary preparation and the main practice. The first is examination, which has three key points: examination, overpowering, and identifying latent tendencies. Examination involves relaxing for a few days, massaging the body, and lying on the right side at night to examine the dreams. If one cannot recognize the confused state, then overpower it by focusing the mind on the red (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanized: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) at the throat, sleeping without distraction, which makes it easier to clarify and recognize. Identifying latent tendencies: if one often dreams of objects of past attachment, it means that the latent tendencies of past attachment are strong, making transformation difficult, of medium ease. If one often dreams of present events, it is extremely easy, and one can accomplish this by meditating for three or four days. If one dreams of places never visited before, meeting people never encountered before, etc., all three are chaotic, it is called a mixture of three latent tendencies, which is extremely difficult to cut off. In the main practice, there are dream taming, transformation, cutting off, agitation, restraint,
