Those arising from actions should speak of the truth of meditation. The channels, winds, bindus, as well as the essential points of the body, the eyes, and emptiness, are what are desired as meditation. Letters, light, and colors, as well as the expansion and contraction of transformations, are what are called samadhi. The unfabricated, naturally abiding reality, how it does not change from that, is the intention of all the Buddhas. So forth. In the "Union of Sun and Moon," it says: There are three types of meditation: the meditation of the minds of gods and others, the samadhi of the Great Vehicle, and the very intention of all Buddhas of the three times. In the "Self-Arisen," it says: The mind-holding of gods and humans, the meditation of Bodhisattvas, and the intention of the Thus-Gone Ones, it is said. For these, practice with three general meanings each. In the "Consequence," it says: Again, the life-force of meditation is explained, definitely combined with the words of the mind. Furthermore, for the essential points of meditation, there are three types: preliminary, main, and subsequent. Taming the body and mind, perfecting the activity of speech, and placing the mind on the path. Relying on the wind, separate body and mind, in order to cut off the escape route of the three realms, deeply reverse attachment to body and speech. In order to equalize the precipice of the six realms, oppress the essential points of body, speech, and mind. In order to mix the mind with the Dharma, raise the wind and consciousness upwards. In order to exhaust illusions, one should always be accustomed to the wind. So it is said. Among these, first, the meditation of the Bodhisattva has two aspects: the essence stated briefly, and the characteristics explained extensively. The first is from the "Conch Letter": The meditation of the Bodhisattva is to stop the clinging of thoughts. The essential point of the body is the lotus posture, the joints of the spine should be straightened, the hands should form an equal mudra, the neck should be slightly bent. The eyes should be lowered to the tip of the nose, the essential point of awareness is an arrow's length away. These should not be looked at with the eyes. The breath should be drawn inward, and exhaled outward to the greatest extent. The mind should also be placed equally. So it says. In the "Self-Arisen," it says: The meditation of the Bodhisattva is not a holding of the mind, but arises naturally or forcefully. Having become accustomed to it, it merges into the expanse, eliminating the perception of food.

I Ah. Those who dwell on the earth enjoy. Naturally, there is no conceptualization. So it is said. The second has three: The meditation of natural force is present when the mind and consciousness are distracted in the state of non-attention, like the eye of an arrow shaft, the eye of a rabbit, the eye of a sleeping person when the pupil is complete has the time when consciousness is distracted. The meditation of dwelling on the earth is the samadhi of each of the ten grounds. ObjectConstant Reliance༼3The meditation of is artificial meditation, such as the order of learning the four sessions of meditation. These are also as stated in the Union of Sun and Moon: The meditation of the Great Vehicle, With the meditation of natural force, Unfabricated body and speech abide in reality. With the meditation of constant reliance on the object, Immediately arising afflictions are all suppressed. With the meditation of dwelling on the earth, Nurture the life of each individual continuum. So it is said. So, here, the meditation of constant reliance on the object is explained. There are two things that harm the yogi: Immediately, food and clothing are harmful, and ultimately, dreams and habitual tendencies are harmful, therefore, it is the karma of wandering in the three realms, and so on. In order to counteract these, one must learn the four sessions of meditation: Cutting off attachment to food is a session of meditation. Cutting off attachment to clothing is a session of meditation. Cutting off attachment to dreams is a session of meditation. Learning to cut off attachment to habitual tendencies is a session of meditation. The first is, Taking various essences, And eating wind as food, And the mixture of nectar and excrement. As stated in the 'Transformation of Ashes': Taking essence is like this, Other tantras have not taught, Alas, a great wonder is declared, Dharma protector bodhisattva, listen. Relying on precious things, Life is equal to the sun and moon. Relying on the mixture of various stones, Weapons cannot pierce the body. Relying on the mixture of herbs, White hair and wrinkles disappear. Relying on the essence extraction of juice, One becomes radiant and youthful. Relying on the mixture of meat, The body is full of nutrients and increases strength. Furthermore, relying on the wind, Declaring the rare and great essence extraction. Called 'Cutting off the arising of elements', The wind above and below's ༼1༽consciousness, The wise hide the wind in the place . Or, by calculating the changes of the wind, It becomes the yoga of food etc.
