Thus, the realm-wisdom abiding in the base, the realm-wisdom appearing in the path, and the realm-wisdom that protects at the end." "The realm-wisdom of the base has two aspects: the base for the means of realization and the base for the completion of activities. At the time of the base for the means of realization, it is said to be this accumulation of habitual patterns. The base position for the completion of activities is said to be the appearance of the nature of reality, primordially pure. Explaining the base for the means of realization, the realm is in the lamp of the realm, and awareness is clear like a flowing stream. The realm-wisdom appearing on the path is the realm in the halo of light, and awareness is said to be the appearance of the five bodies. The realm-wisdom that protects at the end is the realm in the appearance of self-nature, and awareness is shown as body and essence. Therefore, realm and awareness are explained, abiding perfectly in suchness. Realm and awareness, the three wisdoms, exist in a state of inseparability." Thus it is said. "Third, there are three instructions on realization: contemplating the faults of non-realization and the need to realize, showing that all dharmas are taught here, so realization is necessary, and showing realization because it is necessary to practice. First, in the Precious Stack Sutra, it says: If you do not know the inseparability of realm and wisdom, who meditates in a non-thinking, dazed state, it is like cutting a mountain in the waist, thus showing that the effort is meaningless. Second, in the Perfection of Skill, it says: The meaning of realm and wisdom is the essence of all views, meditations, and actions. Wisdom, self-appearing, is free from grasping. The meaning of realm and wisdom itself is that everything is gathered in this state. Thus it is said. Third, the essence of awareness is the dharmakaya, stainless, primordially pure, so it transcends view, meditation, and practice, but like having a yak in the north, it is useless if you do not practice. For coarse bodies and deluded minds, it is necessary to strike the key points of the realm-wisdom instructions, so it is necessary to know realm-wisdom, as it says in the Letterless: Ema, the appearance of non-things is very wonderful, but because it is obscured by the gross five elements, the body cannot appear without a body. The essence of awareness, self-appearing, is majestic, but because it is obscured by subtle afflictions, it cannot be constant. The appearance of the established nature of reality is clear and pure, but because it is obscured by various impure actions, it is not manifest. Also, the essence of awareness is difficult to grasp, but Ye

The talent of knowledge is accomplished slowly. Although the essence of awareness abides without change, the power of awareness is accomplished by the exhaustion of conditions. Although the nature of awareness pervades all, the oral instructions of the Dharmakāya (ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུ,dharmakāya,达摩迦亚,法身) are reached through transmission, so it is said." Secondly, to explain the method of practice in detail, there are two: generally explaining the key points of the connection between the essence and awareness, and separately explaining the key points of each. First, recognizing oneself through methods, cultivating in that state, and the fruit of determining the degree of liberation, there are three. The first is, from the *Transcending Thought*: "Therein, the general view is, seen through familiarity and key points. Because familiarity precedes, beginning with the body, speech, grasping the key points, from seeing the self-appearing pure form, all delusion vanishes." So it is said. Secondly, there are three: recognizing the nature of the view, naturally abiding in the state of meditation, and practicing inseparably. The view is the essence appearing as light and the awareness appearing as a string of pearls. In itself it says: "Light and color, shape itself, show the self-appearance of the five wisdoms." So it is said. Meditation is, from the *Six Spaces*: "When the essence appears as two, placing the essence and awareness on a scale, and being skilled in the limit of the exhaustion of dharmatā, where all appearances are nothing at all." And, "Through habituating self-luminous intelligence, the inner clear flowing mind does not stray outward, the mind does not follow after objects." So it is said. Practice is, from the *Transcending Thought*: "The place of practice is in the essence of awareness, inseparably with the three nails, constantly familiarizing oneself and practicing, all dharmas are devoid of activity, and when the connection between saṃsāra and nirvāṇa is severed, conceptual delusion ceases, the precipice of saṃsāra is continuously cut off, it is the practice of the great yogi." So it is said. The self-key point is, in itself it says: "The key point of awareness is to extract, withdraw and place in space. The key point of the essence is to collect, attract and combine with the distinction of elements." So it is said. Thirdly, the fruit of determining the degree of liberation is, temporarily increasing in appearance, awareness matures into the body, ultimately practicing with exhaustion, in the originally pure (ཀ་དག,kadag,嘎达,本净) essence of appearance, awareness seizes its own ground and reaches the limit, that is, the *Transcending Thought* says: "On the lamp of the pure essence, the ṭhīgle (ཐིག་ལེ,thigle,明点) body and deluded appearances are purified , the nature itself and the essence itself, appear as non-dual, inseparable. At this time, exhaustion
