Identifying clarity as the arising of the five pure consciousnesses of the five sense faculties, free from conceptualization. Although that very sensory consciousness, free from conceptualization, is the mind, within it there is a part of self-arisen wisdom, which is clear, aware, and free from conceptualization, not grasping at anything; that should be identified. Similarly, in the self-time of the wisdom of hearing, thinking, and meditating, there is a part of wisdom; that should be identified here. Because it is not desired to be encompassed by the mind of conceptual judgment, this point is very important. The object is the object of its own nature, that is, all phenomena and suchness that consciousness engages with. As it is said in the Root Verses on the Middle Way: The sphere of wisdom is words and meanings, The connection of words and meanings is what is desired, Knowing by symbols and expressing by speech. Symbols are examples and indications, What is expressed by words is stated ultimately. What is known by speech is terminology, And identifying, indicating, and leading, Explaining and distinguishing are like that. So it is said. The place is the essence of the four light channels of the heart and all the roots of the self-energy of wisdom's rays reside within it, pervading the body. Wherever one touches, consciousness feels it, because consciousness rides on the horse of wind. When the self-energy gathers in some of the pulse petals, consciousness becomes dim and unclear, but when the pulse is completely open and the self-energy enters, consciousness becomes clear and intense. In short, the essence is in the heart and the energy is in the pulses, traveling on the horse of wind. As it is said in The Lamp That Illuminates: In the four channels that cause arising, There is flowing, moving, and throbbing, Also the nature of lightness and movement, It revolves in the mandala of citta itself. The essence of pure consciousness, Is like a flame rising upwards, Accompanied by the five four karmic winds, Consciousness is clear, clear, and aware. All wisdoms are in their own nature, Coarse and fine pores all tremble, In the empty space of a glass tube, Clear great wisdom resides. In the original sound of assembled names, In the nature of separating all, From the beginning it dwells in the part of the body, Sometimes when the wind holds its own mind, Consciousness is unconscious and dull, When the wisdom energies grow and gather, The clear part is lost and becomes dull. When the wind creates the light of wisdom, Even the dharmas that were not heard before, Are remembered in the mind and appear clearly. Clear and unclear energies, All arise from the movement of the wind. It dwells within the channels in the center of the body. So it is said. The measure is the five wisdoms

Oh, thus each enters its own realm, reaching the point of being capable is: Again, from that itself, the measure of the naturally arising wisdom of the basic abode, when the experience of equality of all dharmas arises, it is the attainment of the stable confidence of wisdom. That itself is not changing, if it constantly dwells in the continuum, this is the wisdom of the basic abode. By this, the body also becomes light, and the wisdoms are all clear. The measure of appearance-fixation wisdom is the sign of experiencing samadhi. The light of the five colors of the body mandala, effortlessly shines outward, in this, wisdom seizes its own place, and the body does not touch the ground. By this, wherever the wisdom is directed, it can also move stubborn things, this is the measure of mastering one's own abilities. The measure of uninterrupted memory wisdom, wisdom does not enter others, likes to live alone, and always believes in solitary places, does not like to associate with people, wisdom is focused on one point and does not change, even for the words spoken by others, it is free from the very notion of duality. The view does not change, it is in the confidence itself, thinking of walking in the pure sky. The mind stops wherever it is directed, even by the causes of others, how can it be transformed? Unfettered wisdom, blissful and vast, the person in whom this arises, is the one who has attained uninterrupted memory wisdom. The measure of individually discerning wisdom, the alaya and the dharmakaya are also, like this, externally imputed, like this, freed from the mind that clings to the body, awareness abides in the place it is directed, the body becomes like a stubborn thing. Separating mind and wisdom, the doors of the movers also close. Who separates the pure and impure elements? Coarse appearances naturally cease, and one enjoys bliss in the subtle channels like threads. Likewise, who separates samsara and nirvana? Confused thoughts cannot arise, even if they arise, they are without benefit or harm. Like this, through self-awareness, determining samsara and nirvana, is individually discerning wisdom. The measure of the three entering wisdoms, when all dharmas are spoken in one word, if one knows all its treatises, then one has reached the measure of hearing wisdom. Whatever is thought of by wisdom, grasping it, bliss appears in the continuum, and contemplation is also mastered in the same way. No matter what external causes arise, they cannot harm, confused thoughts and attachments naturally cease, by this is the wisdom of meditation.
