It is thin and winding. Moreover, the inner channel of the thin and winding one divides into four from one upright channel, so the radiance of the light channels spreads to the center of the four chakras, and because some do not have emptiness self-liberation, this is explained. Emptiness self-liberation is the path that pierces the Brahma hole from within the central channel, allowing awareness to dissolve into the Dharmakaya realm of non-thought, making it possible to appear. Thus, the five light channels are combined with the five wisdoms, and when divided into four, they are combined with the four lamps. From the heart, passing through the Avadhuti (Sanskrit Devanagari: अवधूत, Sanskrit Romanization: Avadhūta, Chinese literal meaning: Defiled One) channel, from the spine through the right small channel, and from the conch shell through the lasso channel, because the light channels are clear, the radiance of all four lamps naturally appears in the sky. From Self-Arisen: The intention of the truly enlightened Buddha resides in the self-nature of all sentient beings, existing as body and wisdom. It resides in the center of the citta (Tibetan: ཙིཏྟ, Sanskrit Devanagari: चित्त, Sanskrit Romanization: citta, Chinese literal meaning: mind), the size of a mustard seed or sesame seed, existing in an uncreated, perfect way. The four doors of citta (Tibetan: ཙིཏྟ, Sanskrit Devanagari: चित्त, Sanskrit Romanization: citta, Chinese literal meaning: mind) are clear and uninterrupted, causing appearance, causing disappearance, causing momentary appearance, and causing momentary disappearance. Its name is like this: Kati (Tibetan: ཀ་ཏི, Sanskrit Devanagari: कति, Sanskrit Romanization: kati, Chinese literal meaning: how many) is a precious golden channel, a crystal tube with an empty hollow, a thin and winding white silk thread, emptiness self-liberation is a great channel. It is also the self-appearing channel of the four doors, then from the path it dissolves into the Dhuti (Sanskrit Devanagari: धूत, Sanskrit Romanization: dhūta, Chinese literal meaning: shaken) channel, from within the Dhuti (Sanskrit Devanagari: धूत, Sanskrit Romanization: dhūta, Chinese literal meaning: shaken) channel light radiates, from the right side of the spine through the path, from the right small channel it dissolves into the conch shell, then light radiates, the four lamps uninterruptedly in the empty sky, the shimmering light body, exists in a continuous manner. The four lamps are like this: the lamp of the empty bindu, the lamp of the realm of awareness, the lamp of self-arisen wisdom, and the lamp of lasso water, residing in all sentient beings. So it is said. The second meaning is to explain in detail the nature of the channels, there are four: Roma, Kyangma, Kundalini, and the support of the light channel wisdom. Roma channel, meaning to take all tastes, like salt, relying on the bliss of the bindu to generate uncommon experiences, therefore it is called taste. It is also called mother because it arises from desire, and those with desire achieve enlightenment by relying on desire. Or, Roma means little action, the bindu

It is experienced through magical power, and it is difficult to express, so it is called "Ma." Then, because the conventional bindu flows, the taste of the bindu is filled with supreme bliss. On the petals of the veins, where the tastes gather, the movement of the wind causes the accomplishment of food to manifest. The bliss of the pure taste of the veins expands the body and mind, and is pervaded by "Ma." It abides. It serves as a support. As it is said in the 《Thal 'gyur》: "The veins are the wheel of tastes, the wind propels and the bindu throws. Taste depends on the veins, with bliss it expands the body and mind. Ma gathers the pure essence, and is the basis of the essential points above and below. Curling up and relying on this is the essential point. If these six branches are cut and burned, wisdom will be blocked." "If you want to get warmth, kneading is the key point, you should attract wind and bindu." So it is said. Single Ma, the so-called "Single," here there is no bending and no branches, that is, in its own nature, it is the cause of both the ultimate bindu and the conventional bindu, causing the ultimate arising and the conventional arising to mature and separate. It is single, so it only dwells in its own nature and transforms. It is the basis of everything, so it is called "Ma." Relying on this, enlightenment is attained effortlessly, which is the essential condition of the essence of unique ultimate wisdom. Planting the bindu here, loosening and kneading are the key points. It is also said there: "Single Ma in the generating wheel, the wind propels and gathers the bindu. The so-called single is unparalleled, so it shows the unique meaning. Ma eliminates impurities, and is the generator of the brilliance of essence. Loosening and kneading here is the key point. Because no branches are seen here, plant the bindu in the four ripening places. If you want to obtain freedom over food, the wind should be absorbed and water should not be discarded. Observe well with vows." So it is said. Total Trembling Ma, which means total gathering. Relying on this, the bliss of bindu and veins, and the bliss of wind all arise, so it is called "Total." It is widely pervasive in the whole, so it is called "Ma." It is also memory and the tips, etc., in the two wheels of arrangement, mainly wind and bindu enter, and show the appearance of the three bodies. Because wisdom is accomplished, loosening and entwining are the key points. It is also said there: Total Trembling Ma
