Everything is complete within itself. Appearance and awareness pervade all, therefore the wisdom of pervasion arises. Relying on the wind of wisdom, awareness moves in the sky, therefore it abides in the wisdom of movement. The life force of both samsara and nirvana is severed by the nature of reality, therefore the wisdom of liberation arises. Furthermore, awareness itself exists in a threefold manner as body, light, and wisdom. The essence abides as body, therefore knowable things appear naturally. The nature abides as light, therefore luminosity increases in the expanse. Compassion abides as wisdom, therefore activities appear without bias. Now, if a yogi is considered as one, then at the time of equipoise it is the Dharmakaya, at the time when equipoise and subsequent attainment are not distinguished it is the Sambhogakaya, and afterwards it is the Nirmanakaya. As it is said in Rangshar (Self-Arisen): 'Awareness abiding without thought is the Dharmakaya, awareness appearing unceasingly is the Sambhogakaya, awareness appearing as anything is the Nirmanakaya.' In such a threefold state, the Three Jewels are inherently complete and abide as the very nature. As it is said in Klong Drugpa (Six Spaces): 'The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, are inherently complete and abide in one's own body.' And as it is said in Mutik Trengwa (String of Pearls): 'In this deluded body with conceptual thoughts, the stainless and pure Dharmakaya, abides in a manner of not seeking.' How to explain the vast abiding state in conjunction with purity? As it is said in Rangshar (Self-Arisen): 'Thus, the Buddhas of the three times, are said to be one's own great appearance.' That is, the three of body, speech, and mind. Speech is the past Buddha, mind is the future Buddha, body is the present Buddha. The three Buddhas abide in that way. And as it is said in Mutik Trengwa (String of Pearls): 'Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, teacher, place, retinue, and time, Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya, Vinaya, Sutra, and Abhidharma, Shravaka, Pratyekabuddha, and Bodhicitta.' And, the white dharmas of the past, are all complete in body and mind. And, precisely because it is complete in itself, there is no place to be found by seeking from elsewhere. Combining with similar purity, it is said that all phenomena of existence, samsara, and nirvana are complete in body and mind. As it is said in that very text: 'Earth, water, fire, and wind, as well as space, sun, and moon, male and female forms, planets, stars, clouds, trees, mountains, and rocks, as well as roots, trunks, and branches.'
