I have two excellent explanations of specific purity. First, if it is shown that everything is empty, self-appearing as mere play, then it appears like a coarse rope, but in reality, each strand is a hair. Similarly, the indivisible particles of emptiness, although appearing as a gross illusion, are in reality the self-appearing emptiness that is free from the three stages of arising, abiding, and ceasing. As stated in the "Garland of Pearls": "The various appearances that arise in this way are like seeing a snake in a rope. By mistaking what is not for what it is, the outer and inner realms of container and contents are formed. If analyzed, it is actually just a rope. The container and contents are originally empty, being both ultimate and conventional forms. Seeing the snake itself is true, but seeing the rope is the ultimate truth. For example, like seeing a bird in the sky, the nature of the two truths is merely conventional in the world and has no connection to the ultimate truth. In the realm of emptiness, all its entities are liberated." So it is said. Furthermore, the aggregates and other phenomena, within the state of awareness, are like clouds in the sky. Although they appear in awareness, they do not taint awareness but remain clear in their emptiness, like illusions and emanations. As stated in the "Uttaratantra": "The aggregates are like illusions and emanations." So it is said. If asked where these abide, just as the container and contents abide in the sky, the aggregates, elements, and sense bases abide in karma and afflictions. These are merely self-appearances of conceptual thought. Therefore, the nature of mind abides in emptiness. Thus, it is empty in the beginning, empty now, and empty in the end, abiding in a state free from the three stages of arising, abiding, and ceasing. As stated in the same text: "Earth abides in water, water in wind, and wind abides in space. Space does not abide in the elements of wind, water, and earth. Similarly, the aggregates, elements, and faculties abide in karma and afflictions. Karma and afflictions are not truly existent. Non-true existence is ideation. Ideation abides in the purity of mind. The phenomena that are the nature of mind do not abide in anything at all." So it is said. Although they appear to arise, abide, and cease, they are not established as such when they abide. As stated in the "Secret Essence of Magical Illusion": "Ema, wondrous and amazing Dharma! From the unborn, all things arise. At the moment of arising, there is no arising. Ema, at the moment of abiding, there is no abiding. Ema, at the moment of ceasing, there is no ceasing." And as stated in the "Root Wisdom": "Like a dream, like an illusion, like a city of gandharvas, so are arising and

Thus it abides. It is also said that it perishes in the same way.' And, all the phenomena of appearance and existence, from the very moment of appearance, are free from the extremes of arising and ceasing, and from that very thing: Whatever arises dependently, has no cessation, no arising, no cutting off, no permanence, no coming, no going, not different meanings, not one meaning, pacification of proliferation depends on peace. So it is. Particular discrimination is that all the appearances of the three realms of samsara are first grasped as a part of the sphere, so each part can be combined, and like an image, the nature of reality remains empty in meaning, and now when it appears, the aggregates and elements are combined into the parts of body and wisdom. The nature of the three doors being liberated into body, speech, and mind is the appearance of birth, old age, sickness, and death, appearing as a play of dharmadhatu wisdom, and all actions and appearances are described as the pure appearance of the self-arising great perfection of the view and meditation of dharmata. In the Consequence School: Furthermore, it should be well explained that the nature of the illusion of appearance, has not been seen as wisdom before, because there is no basis for delusional thoughts. Know that the great alaya dharmakaya, the self-thought of delusion is cut off. Thus, the appearance without delusion arises from the key of original liberation. Who has not realized that the aggregates of beings are the body of the Buddha from the beginning? The aggregates are the masters of the Buddha, born from the root letters. Who has not seen that wisdom is self-appearing from the eyes of bubbles? From that, the appearance of delusion arises from the key of the lamp. Furthermore, the behavior of the body itself is for the sake of liberation into the three bodies, so all actions are dharmata. All that is said in speech is the recitation of secret mantras, born from the key of the transformation of letters. Why is it not known that all the collections of thoughts of sentient beings' minds are meditation? Because one's own mind is liberated from realization, it is born from the key of the elements. Thus, since everything is dharmata, there is nothing to be taken, and there is nothing to be abandoned. Where is there no dharmata? From actions, speech, and thought, understand the key to liberation from samsara and nirvana, and there is not a single being who has not attained Buddhahood, and the three realms of samsara are emptied out. Furthermore, all sentient beings in the three realms have not gone beyond body, speech, and mind, so the three bodies are in others.
