Consciousness is not in the base, but in experience or phenomena. From phenomena arise four types of conditions. That is, the base exists in the form of a light sphere, which is called the causal condition, which is ignorance itself. When it becomes grasping and conceptualization, it is called the possessor condition. When it is taken as an object, it is called the objective condition. For example, it is like showing a person's face in a mirror. These three occur simultaneously, so it is called the immediately preceding condition. It is its own base, but it does not recognize itself, and is deluded, and the three realms of samsara are formed. From this, the afflictions become coarse, and the forms of sentient beings become different. Such a base is deluded from impurity. It is said. In "Auspicious and Beautiful," it says: That is, from the nature of the spontaneously accomplished jewel box, appearance is uninterrupted, the base does not change, appearance changes, following various objects, and conceptualizing everything. The appearance of the Dharmakaya does not change, but the appearance of delusion appears as if it is changing. Vajrasattva does not have delusion, but shows the aspect of sentient beings' delusion. Finally, returning one's own appearance to the base of one's own condition. Not knowing that the non-dual appearance is self-arisen, but grasping at delusion, it is the possessor condition. Not knowing that the fruit of self-awareness is self-arisen, but grasping the cause as dependent, it is the causal condition. Not knowing that objects and knowledge are empty, but grasping the object as an object, it is the condition of self-nature. Not knowing that light is self-arisen dependent on time, but the knowledge of grasping at what is not that arises, so it is the immediately preceding condition. In "Refutation of Extremes," it says: For this, the cause and condition of delusion, parts and limbs, and oneself, etc., immature conceptual thoughts are samsara. Ignorance has three aspects, with self-nature as one, it is the root of delusion. Co-emergent has two conceptual thoughts, universal conceptualization becomes the object. Conditions have four aspects, gathering and grasping are called delusion. Parts are actions, etc., the object of delusion is divided into twelve from parts. Maturation is age and function, etc. Limbs are from different elaborations, everything becomes the difference of names. The object of delusion has two changes, karma is the desire realm and the form realm, the formless realms, etc., are divided into three. Immaturity is

The forms of beings in the six realms, names and functions change differently. Various thoughts are dormant, the way they fully arise and pervade. "Samsara means the same, the karma of assembly is gathering and increasing." "Complete and distinct, various kinds." So it is said. Furthermore, awareness surpasses from the root and is immature, therefore the cycle of karma in the three realms and six realms, also initially confused from the twelve links of dependent origination, and thus in twelve years and twelve months, the twelve afflictions gather and form the twelve sense bases, this is entering the path of the twelve links of dependent origination, arising from impurity. When the root manifests from the root, from the power of awareness, consciousness arises, because of not recognizing oneself, it is ignorance. From that, confusion arises, hence action. From that, observing the aspects of the object, consciousness arises. From that, distinguishing and saying this is an object, etc. From that, grasping the nature of the meaning indicated by the name as form, therefore the first confusion of existence is called name and form. From that, knowledge arises and increases towards the six aspects of the object, and the six sense bases arise. "From that, the touch that grasps the object arises. From that, the feeling of the intermediate state of attachment, aversion, and indifference arises. From that, attachment to the object arises. From that, the subsequent receiver and the acceptance of the object as such arise. From that, the manifestation of various confusions and actions, the part of experience arises uncertainly, hence existence. From that, the birth of the formless, form, and desire realms arises. From that, aging, sickness, and death occur in between, and repeatedly cycle in this way, so the cause of samsara, entering the path of the twelve links of dependent origination, initially arises from the root manifestation. From that, when existence is individually confused, the twelve links of dependent origination should also be understood incidentally. After the nature of phenomena disappears, from one's own ignorance, later action arises, the element of consciousness seeks a body, enters the womb, from a vague state, name and form are formed, and its six sense bases, the aggregation of causes and conditions produces touch, the feeling of pleasure and pain, craving for experience, the acceptance of object and karma, again the clinging to existence, birth from the womb, the process of the maturing group transforming into others.
