For torment. Having tormented the body's posture, fling awareness into the vastness of the sky. Likewise, the eyes are on the sky, in the manner of an elephant, placed in the great development of non-thought." "Thus, entrust awareness to the sky, without separation from this." "It is what the yogi constantly meditates on. In the daytime, the light expands greatly." "At night, in one's own dwelling, in order to measure the equality of the four seasons, gather the doors of the senses, and place the mind on the lamp of the empty bindu." "When the yogi places the mind on the bindu, the bindu itself increases." "Awareness itself is also entrusted to increase. Likewise, when the bindu becomes small, the bindu becomes smaller and smaller, and awareness is also placed in becoming smaller and smaller." "With the key of sleep and dreams, abandon the previous clinging habits from the root. Like this, in all the times of the night, practice with the fortune of yoga. By this, the light naturally increases." Thus it is said. These are the degrees of habituation in practice. The degree of reaching the end of stability is, in the tantra itself, it says: "The degree of abiding in one's own place, the stillness of samadhi, is measured by not being harmed by the enemy of the elements. Likewise, the degree of samadhi when lightning strikes, afflictions such as desire," "never arise in one's own continuum. Unwholesome thoughts cannot arise. By this, measure its degrees. The degree of the great development of samadhi is measured by the cessation of coarse appearances." Thus it is said. These are very important keys." Third, the subsequent instructions, the signs and measures of the key are two: the instruction of recognition and the measurement of determining the degree. The first is, in the Self-Arisen, it says: "Alas! Son of lineage, recognize the awareness without mind." "Recognize the wisdom without mind." "Recognize the body without breath." "Recognize the self-liberation without grasping." "Recognize the luminosity without thought." "Recognize the primordial sound without arising." "Recognize the awareness that transcends habits." "Recognize the fruit without cause." "Recognize the self-sound without time." "Recognize the sentient being without Buddha." "Recognize the spontaneously arisen mandala." Thus it is said. The second is, in the tantra itself, it says: "Unborn

"Take the measure of immortality." "Take the measure of unobstructedness, appearing in various ways." "Take the measure of immutability, profound." "Take the measure of vastness, without beginning or end. Take the measure of non-distraction of mind. Take the measure of meditation without abandonment. Take the measure of unconditionedness, flawless. Take the measure of taking realization into the path, without arising or ceasing. Take the measure of the arrival of the pith instructions, the exhaustion of phenomena." Thus it is said. Third, the measure of the signs of the determination of the three times is threefold: the determination of the measure of the signs of the past, present, and future. The first also has three aspects: the signs of having practiced body, speech, and mind in previous lives are present on the current body, appear in speech, and arise in the mind. The first is that the signs of having practiced body, speech, and mind in previous lives manifest as wondrous signs and marks on the body in the present life. As it says in 'The Blazing Body': "Whoever is proficient in the body of the Sugata, in the sphere of that mind-free, the conch shell spirals to the right, or the three-peaked wrinkles point upwards. Likewise, or the letter Om In a drawing or relief, whoever has these signs, has practiced the Buddha's body in the past. This yogi who has practiced this, is inseparable from the Buddha's body, and will obtain two lifetimes." Do not intervene in this, strive in meditation, this is the most precious. For the speech of all the Buddhas, the one who is proficient in the past, and is fortunate, on the left and right of his throat, there are eight-petaled lotuses, or the conch shell spirals to the right. Likewise, a banner flutters, or a hook or a sword, and marked with the letter Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah), in a drawing or relief, whoever has these signs, he has also practiced the speech of all the Buddhas in the past, and in two lifetimes, will obtain the fruit of being determined as one speech. This also should be cherished without interruption. If you meditate on speech without interruption, you will certainly obtain not being devoured by demons. For the mind of all the Buddhas, whoever has been accustomed to it in the past, this person has these signs on his body. In the place of whose heart, there is a three-peaked vajra pointing upwards, likewise a four-spoked wheel, or three levels..."
