By blocking everything, all dharmas abide in an unspeakable state. Before these, if oral training is in a groundless place, like the words of a madman, reversing all the thoughts that come to mind, feeling tired, and not wanting to say anything, then let the oral language abide in a state of not speaking, and sometimes even if you don't want to speak, say some boring words in empty places and other uninhabited places, and then train in a state of not speaking. After that, cut off conversations with others, and only do things like reciting scriptures and mantras, which is to be firm. After that, even these are blocked, and "la bzla ba" is performed without saying anything: As it is said in the Secret Sound Tantra: "Oral language should be trained and abide, and 'la bzla ba' should be performed and relied upon." Third, the three immovables of the mind are: not being separated from the entrusted object, constantly abiding in the Buddha's intention; placing awareness in the realm of reality, there is no distortion in the reality of things; constantly not being separated from its own state, it is certain that the four appearances reach the limit. That is to say, due to movement, conceptual thoughts arise, and due to conceptual thoughts, the karma of samsara accumulates. Therefore, controlling the basis of movement—the channels and winds—is the key to cutting off conceptual thoughts. Second, measuring with the three abidings, there are three: using the three abidings of the body to be separated from actions; using the three abidings of the wind to measure non-birth; using the three abidings of appearances to be confident in non-regression. First, the three abidings of the body are not abiding in the actions of the body, so the confusion of samsara will not increase; the extension and contraction of the limbs abide, so the cycle of confusion is cut off; placing actions on the basis and abiding effortlessly, so one is freed from the ripening results of accumulated karma . The three abidings of the wind are that the wind does not dissipate outward but abides, so there is no place to abide due to the different conditions of appearances; the wind does not fill inward but abides, so there is no basis for various conceptual thoughts; the wind does not flow in and out but abides, so the basis for clinging to samsara and nirvana is empty. The three abidings of appearances are that the light has no flickering place and abides, so it is recognized that one will not regress to the three realms; awareness has no flickering place and abides, so the boundaries of karma and ripening are exhausted; the body has no trembling place and abides, so the impurities of the body naturally exhaust. At these times, signs will appear on the body and speech, and the measure will be taken through dreams.

Among the two experiences, the first is when seeing the appearance of the direct perception of Dharmata, the body is like being placed in a tortoise shell, which is due to the slowness of the body's channels. This is because the meaning of the Great Perfection, free from effort, enters the limbs of the body. Because the body is purified by the vase empowerment, the wisdom with characteristics appears as its own nature. Speech becomes like a mute, which is due to the consciousness entering the channels. This is because the Great Perfection, the purity of the object of expression itself, enters the symbols of speech, thus cutting off elaboration and wisdom becomes clear within. The mind is like being caught in the net of a Dakini, which is due to the union of awareness and luminosity. This is because the Great Perfection, self-liberation without grasping, enters the appearance of the mind, thus abiding in freedom from all elaboration. When seeing the appearance of increasing experience, the body is like a sick person without shame or beauty, which is due to the wind entering the central channel. This is because the meaning of the Great Perfection, without acceptance or rejection, enters the entire body. Because the karma of the secret empowerment is purified, the wisdom attained through the empowerment without elaboration appears as its own nature. Speech becomes like a madman's rambling, which is due to the purity of the words themselves. This is because the meaning of the Great Perfection, beyond words, enters the sound of speech, thus the meaning without elaboration is realized within. The mind is like a person poisoned seven times, memory is lost, and there is no attachment, which is due to the mind being liberated in the realm of non-birth. The realization of the Great Perfection, self-liberation without birth, enters the place of origin of the mind, thus the wisdom that is originally without elaboration arises. When seeing the appearance of awareness reaching its limit, the body is like an elephant sinking into the mud, which is due to the mind channels and wind being affected. This is because the meaning of the Great Perfection, without acceptance or rejection, enters the heart, and because the karma of the wisdom empowerment is purified, the wisdom that is extremely without elaboration naturally appears. Speech is like the sound coming from the hole of a clay pot, which is due to the accumulation of compassion in wisdom. The meaning of the Great Perfection, beyond speech and thought, enters the transformation of speech, thus it is extremely without elaboration.
