Like being non-existent, to reduce all dharmas to the ultimate, nameless greatness is the intention of the three realms being primordially pure. As it says in "The Pearl Rosary": "Like seeing a snake in a rope, grasping what is not that as that, the outer and inner, vessel and essence, are formed. If examined, it is just a rope. Vessel and essence are primordially empty." "Ultimate and conventional are form. Seeing a snake is believed to be true. Seeing the rope is true reality. Like birds nesting on high, the nature of the two truths is just conventional in the world, with no connection to true reality. In the realm of emptiness, all are liberated in its essence." And as it says in "Heap of Jewels": "The root of ignorance, never confused, is cut off from the beginning without examination." "Who above has not felt all this? All these coarse elements are self-cleared from the very beginning. Beings have no place, self-liberated. The self-body is primordially non-existent, and here too, it is known without before or after." In general, the way of grasping and measuring outer and inner dharmas differs according to the sequence of the senses. The Hearers, the Vaibhashikas, consider forms of vessel and essence as coarse conventional, and indivisible particles as ultimate. The Mind-Only, with defilements, the Aspectarians, consider it as the appearance of their own consciousness. The Madhyamaka Svatantrika consider that in the conventional, dependent arising, cause and effect, the outer is just an appearance, like an image. The Prasangikas consider non-existence as clear appearance, like a water moon and tangled hair. The Dzogchen Mind School considers awareness as the play of the mind of enlightenment, just the arising of power. The Space School considers that in the space of awareness, the self-appearing ornaments are not the appearance of awareness itself, so it is considered just self-appearance. The Instruction School considers that on the self-born primordial wisdom, the self-appearing spontaneously accomplished door that obscures it, self-arises, so this self-appearance that is nowhere in outer, inner, or intermediate, is considered to appear as primordial appearance. Therefore, phenomena and existence, in the state of awareness, are self-luminous, without appearance, illusory, just the appearance of empty form. Therefore, these appearances are not established as mind or anything else, just self-appearing delusion. Therefore, the three realms have never existed, like an image, the nature of primordial purity. Abiding in self-liberation in its own place, therefore, realizing the nature in its own state.

Since it is liberated at the very moment of arising, delusion vanishes tracelessly and awakens. The sole self-arisen wisdom of awareness abides in the Dharmakaya of primordial purity in its own place. From the state of not moving from the expanse, the Rupakaya spontaneously appears and accomplishes the benefit of beings. Thus, since delusion is nameless, even the non-delusion that depends on it cannot be established. This is taught as follows: Since there is no delusion, there is no non-delusion dharma. Primordially, the spontaneously accomplished, self-arisen awareness is great. Since it does not become liberated, is not liberated, and will not become liberated, the past is merely a name, and no one has ever been liberated. It will not become liberated, and bondage has never existed. Like the sky, it is completely pure, without limits, and without partiality. This is the view of complete liberation, primordial purity. Since the basis of dependence is reversed, the dharma that depends on it is also reversed. Since the dependent dharmas are mutually reversed, the dharma that depends on them is also reversed. Here, since the delusion that is the dependent dharma of non-delusion is reversed, even non-delusion itself cannot be established. Therefore, Nirvana is merely a name. It is taught that it transcends samsara and nirvana, bondage and liberation. In the Kunje Gyalpo Tantra, it says: There is no saying that ultimate dharma is a higher place. Delusion and the path of enlightenment are not attained through realization. Self-arisen wisdom itself is free from the limits of words. And in the Khungchen Tantra, it says: There is no Buddha, and who is the cause of bondage? Deluded and ignorant sentient beings, who has the name of existence? Therefore, there is no liberation from the beginning, and later liberation is an impossible appearance. Who wants a path without a basis and a result? Because of wanting, this obscures the place of liberation. Emptiness, clarity, existence, and non-existence itself, permanence, annihilation, cause, and effect, these four, a total of eight, are without extremes, and are equal to the expanse of space. And in the Guhyagarbha Tantra, it says: No one has bound it, there is no bondage, there is nothing to be bound. Without bondage, there is no liberation. Primordially, the spontaneously perfect Buddha Dharma, various displays are made to teach it. Now, since samsara and nirvana have never existed, the meaning is summarized in the vast, spontaneously equal, and great expanse of the Dharmadhatu. In short, from the womb of the spontaneously accomplished, vast expanse, whatever samsara and nirvana appear as the play of power, merely at the moment of appearance, samsara and nirvana have never existed. Whatever dreams appear from the power of sleep, in reality, they do not exist. It is the bed of self-awareness and bliss, spontaneously equal and vast.
