并且,对于好坏没有任何执着,这是解脱之路的第四个入口。想要修行的人要舍弃六种疑惑:舍弃不满意的疑惑、随顺的进入、顾全面子;因为害怕没有而不会积攒财物和物品;因为害怕痛苦而舍弃世俗的事务;因为害怕低贱而不追求高位;因为害怕罪过而抛弃世俗的集会;因为害怕高调而不扰乱他人的心。断绝修行要诀的六种界限是:没有贪嗔,断绝外在的界限;没有积攒储存,断绝内在的界限;没有能取所取,断绝秘密的界限;期望好的,断绝向上的界限;害怕坏的,断绝向下的界限;对于能做所做不执着,断绝中间的界限;如果具备这六种,就不会有障碍产生。成就佛陀的六种依赖法是:依赖暇满作为修行的殊胜所依;不修行则不得解脱,依赖修行;依赖于善巧地了解修行;了解依赖于最初的听闻;听闻后,依赖于思考要点;一切都依赖于善知识。具备六种特征的善者是:积累福德,具有高贵的出身和调柔的性格;智慧广大,精通所知的事物;智慧超胜,证悟远离偏颇的法性;精勤修行,产生修证的成就征兆;慈悲和善巧方便,为利他而不感到疲倦;具备口诀的要点,能够引导道路。这种殊胜众生圣者的行为是善的。殊胜的弟子所依止的六法是:厌离轮回,对错觉生起厌倦;舍弃不符合佛法的无意义行为;像对待敌人一样抛弃喧嚣和散乱;没有对利益、名声和赞誉的期望;断绝亲近和顾及情面的关系;舍弃敌友亲疏的贪嗔;舍弃世俗,修行正法。不被他人牵着鼻子走的六法是:不成为没有自由的奴隶;不组建家庭,没有双方的束缚;不成为大人物,随心所欲地修行佛法;没有拖延和虚假的承诺,随时随地随心所欲地修行;没有无法实现的誓言;没有恶业、军队和痛苦的海洋。像这样

And, without any attachment to good or bad, this is the fourth entrance to the path of liberation. Those who wish to practice should abandon six doubts: abandon the doubt of dissatisfaction, compliant entry, and protecting face; because of fear of not having, do not accumulate wealth and possessions; because of fear of suffering, abandon worldly affairs; because of fear of being lowly, do not pursue high positions; because of fear of wrongdoing, abandon worldly gatherings; because of fear of being high-profile, do not disturb the minds of others. Cutting off the six boundaries of the key points of practice are: without attachment and aversion, cut off the outer boundary; without accumulating and storing, cut off the inner boundary; without grasping and clinging, cut off the secret boundary; hoping for good, cut off the upward boundary; fearing bad, cut off the downward boundary; without attachment to doing and being done, cut off the middle boundary; if these six are possessed, obstacles will not arise. The six dependent dharmas for achieving Buddhahood are: relying on leisure and endowment as the supreme basis for practice; without practice, there is no liberation, relying on practice; relying on skillfully understanding practice; understanding relies on initial hearing; after hearing, relying on thinking about the key points; everything relies on a virtuous spiritual friend. The six characteristics of a virtuous person are: accumulating merit, having a noble birth and a tamed character; vast wisdom, being proficient in the objects of knowledge; transcendent wisdom, realizing the nature of reality free from bias; diligent practice, producing signs of accomplishment in experience and realization; compassion and skillful means, not feeling weary for the benefit of others; possessing the key points of the instructions, being able to guide the path. This conduct of a supreme being, a holy person, is good. The six dharmas that a supreme disciple relies on are: being weary of samsara, generating aversion to illusions; abandoning meaningless actions that do not conform to the Dharma; abandoning noise and distraction like enemies; having no expectations for profit, fame, and praise; severing close relationships and protecting face; abandoning attachment and aversion to enemies, friends, closeness, and distance; abandoning the world and practicing the sacred Dharma. The six dharmas of not being led by the nose by others are: not becoming a slave without freedom; not forming a family, without mutual bondage; not becoming a great person, practicing the Dharma as one pleases; without procrastination and false promises, practicing the Dharma whenever and wherever one pleases; without vows that cannot be fulfilled; without the ocean of bad karma, armies, and suffering. 拥有自主者理应欢喜。 禅修与实修的生活六法是: 不堕两边,用具自主生活; 知晓食物量,饱饿适中; 四大不调,疾病之界不紊乱; 食物优良,不致过饱; 不过于恶劣,四大不衰败; 日夜有度,避免非时而食。 此乃善行要点之助伴。 信勤策励之缘起六法是: 恶缘相续,无常生于相续; 知晓因果,如毒般舍弃恶业; 具足敬信,视上师为佛; 于法坚定,生起善行之欢喜; 于僧众具信,接受引导与护送; 欲求成佛,精勤而有所得。 此乃贤善圣者之行规。 调伏自心之六法是: 不生邪念,不骄慢,不改变对佛法的信念; 断绝嗔恨,能忍受难忍之痛苦; 见轮回之过患,因恐惧而厌离; 无有恶器之过失,自心清净; 广闻博思,了悟殊胜佛法之教义; 成为灌顶与甚深誓言之法器, 此比海洋岛屿之珍宝法器更为稀有。 修行不被恶缘夺走之六法是: 能忍受身体之各种痛苦; 能忍受口之不善、无意义之绮语; 能忍受心之苦乐、好坏之刺痛; 能忍受无人寂静处之忧愁、疲惫、恐惧与害怕; 能忍受喧嚣城市中之不散乱之对治; 以守护戒律,能忍受恶劣环境之诱惑。 若具足这些,则佛法之路安乐成就。 解脱道与功德相融之六法是: 共同之法相融,成办来世之菩提; 密咒之法相融,将三身转为道用; 究竟之要点相融,断除执着边见之歧途; 大乘之法相融,所作所为皆为利他; 声闻缘觉之法相融,舍弃轮回之事务; 如是之人,佛法与自心相融。 执着与我执,乃毁灭之六法: 于六境之虚假,确信其为错觉; 于无意义之行为,确信其为错觉; 于执着之欺骗,确信其为错觉; 于名声赞誉恭敬,确信其为错觉; 于敌友之无定,确信其为错觉; 若知无有真实,

Those who have autonomy should rejoice. The six dharmas for a life of meditation and practice are: Without falling to either extreme, having self-sufficient resources; Knowing the measure of food, balancing fullness and hunger; The elements not disturbed, the realm of illness not disrupted; Food being excellent, not becoming overfull; Not being excessively bad, the elements not declining; Having moderation in day and night, avoiding eating at inappropriate times. This is a companion for going to the essence of virtuous conduct. The six dharmas of faith, diligence, encouragement, and supplication are: Adverse conditions continue, impermanence arises in the mind stream; Knowing cause and effect, abandoning evil deeds like poison; Having devotion and respect, seeing the lama as the Buddha; Having certainty in the Dharma, generating joy in virtuous conduct; Having faith in the Sangha, receiving guidance and escort; Desiring Buddhahood, achieving whatever is possible through diligence. This is the conduct of the fortunate and noble ones. The six dharmas for taming and training one's own mind are: Not generating wrong thoughts, not being arrogant, not changing one's faith in the Dharma; Cutting off hatred, being able to endure unbearable suffering; Seeing the faults of samsara, renouncing it out of fear; Without the faults of a bad vessel, one's own mind being pure; Having great learning and contemplation, understanding the teachings of the supreme Dharma; Becoming a vessel for empowerment and profound vows, This seems rarer than a precious vessel on an ocean island. The six dharmas for practice not being stolen by adverse conditions are: Being able to endure various physical sufferings; Being able to endure the non-virtuous, meaningless idle talk of speech; Being able to endure the pain of good and bad, happiness and suffering of the mind; Being able to endure the sorrow, fatigue, fear, and dread in deserted solitary places; Being able to endure the antidote of non-distraction in crowded cities; By guarding vows and precepts, being able to endure the temptations of bad environments. If one possesses these, then the path of Dharma will be accomplished in ease. The six dharmas of the path of liberation and qualities being mixed are: The common Dharma being mixed, accomplishing enlightenment in the future; The secret mantra Dharma being mixed, transforming the three kayas into the path; The ultimate essential points being mixed, cutting off the wrong path of clinging to extremes; The Mahayana Dharma being mixed, whatever one does is for the benefit of others; The Hearer and Solitary Realizer Dharma being mixed, abandoning the activities of samsara; Such a person, the Dharma and one's own mind are mixed. Clinging and self-grasping are the six dharmas of destruction: Regarding the falsity of the six objects, being certain that it is an illusion; Regarding meaningless actions, being certain that it is an illusion; Regarding the deception of clinging, being certain that it is an illusion; Regarding fame, praise, and respect, being certain that it is an illusion; Regarding the uncertainty of enemies and friends, being certain that it is an illusion; If one knows there is no truth,
