Just as one abides in the training, likewise, for the benefit of beings, I shall generate the mind of enlightenment and abide in the training. This should be said three times. Its supreme benefits are immeasurable, one obtains the name of a Buddha-child, a Bodhisattva, and becomes an object of offering for all the worlds, including the gods. All virtuous deeds become the path to liberation, limitless sins are exhausted, and merit increases. One obtains the path to liberation, achieves higher realms, and definite goodness. As soon as one generates such an excellent mind, fortunate and supreme beings who follow the secret mantra should meditate on the deity they prefer. First, having matured through empowerment, subsequent permission, initiation, etc., as taught in the supreme tantras, one should meditate on the meaning of the generation and completion stages that liberate. Thus, the outer world and sentient beings are deities, one's own body is a beautiful palace, speech is mantra, and the mind is clear as a deity, preventing ordinary clinging, following the sphere of reality, and removing the stains of obscuration. After that, the nature of mind is without object, in the nature of reality, one should meditate on the completion stage of the luminosity of mind. This is the meaning of the definitive tantras. From the Treasury of the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, a treatise on the essential instructions of the Great Vehicle, the nineteenth chapter, which is the preliminary to meditation.

Contemplation. Then, the stages of training in the elements, Ashad fire melts the rabbit, In the state of great bliss, after practicing non-thought, From the four chakras, the three channels, above and below, Like the movement of the sun and moon, merging into the central channel, In the center, the union of E-Vam (藏文,梵文天城体:एवं,梵文罗马拟音:evaṃ,汉语字面意思:Thus), is, The five qualities are in the very subtle, clear light nature, For the most excellent ones, it is the nature of space, For others, non-thought and peaceful abiding are accomplished. In the Sutras and Shastras, wind and, Holding the mind on the support of external objects, This is taught to be the same as accomplishing peaceful abiding. The wisdom of insight accomplished by that method, In the state of clear bliss, whether abiding or not abiding, and, Existence or non-existence, right or wrong, the radiance beyond expression, Self-awareness, free from elaboration, clear and bright, Unbounded, like the sky, Clear and bright, unmoving, like the orb of the sun and moon. Thoughts are quiet and unpolluted, like the ocean, In the clear light of the self-born wisdom, the nature of mind, The holy ones reveal ༼1༽the Dharmakaya, Born together, always practice. Whatever conceptual thoughts of characteristics arise, In the natural state, they dissolve like waves in water, Relax and self-liberate, cherish not losing the clear state, Do not be dull or lethargic, do not become agitated, and, Do not be attached, unmoving, free from all distractions. Because meditation is clear, wisdom is uninterrupted, Practice the self-born wisdom, the co-emergent one, This is the essential instruction of the profound essence, From this, eyes and clairvoyance will arise, Day and night meditation, separate liberation and, The cloud of dharani, the sun of wisdom, rises from within, Because the channels and winds are capable, the accumulation of qualities increases, Progressing through the bhumis, the two siddhis are attained, Therefore, train diligently in such key points, Whoever lacks the key points, freedom from elaboration falls into words, The fabrication of thoughts flourishes, boundless and with certainty, No matter what kind of conceptual thought arises, counting births and deaths, But the meaning of reality is as far away as heaven and earth. Open and vast, all-encompassing, but severing the connection, Loose and slack, grasping distinctions in the gaps, Wishing to see the real meaning turns into futile reversal , Because grasping changes in an instant, Before and after are not meditation, who intervenes in between , Such a wrong path contradicts the Sutras and Tantras, If you want liberation, you should stay away. The excellent one snaps his fingers
