When arising, it arises from the mind, dissolves into the mind, is of the same taste, without any trace, and whatever appears is given over to encounter, so the nature of whatever appears becomes self-purified, from the perspective of not establishing duality. Drive the stake of self-purified nature between mind and objects, like the view merging into the ground, like the meeting of like-minded men and women. From the perspective of the very appearance being simultaneously liberated in an instant. Drive the stake of non-dharmic awareness between the dharmic and dharmata, transcending conceptual thought, like the meeting of sunlight and hail. Whatever appears abides as primordially empty and primordially liberated, so the nature of whatever appears as appearance does not need any modification or adornment. Like the intoxicated appearance after drinking alcohol, without any analysis, it appears naturally, train in this. Appearance is liberated upon appearance, like an impartial person going to a temple, knowing the reason without attachment, hence it is called the view of staring at appearance. Fourth, do not set up the dangers of hope and fear for the great spontaneously accomplished self-perfected fruit. Establish it upon confidence liberation. The state of whatever appears as self-liberation is the dharmakaya of already becoming a buddha. Abide in the state with confidence that there is nothing better than that. From the perspective of seeing self-awareness as dharmakaya, being certain that whatever appears is the play of dharmakaya. Drive the stake of the primordially perfect dharmakaya between appearance and emptiness, like a poor person meeting a treasure. Move? Stay? Whatever happens, from the moment it happens, it becomes the wisdom of body, speech, and mind, so abide without modification or adornment, this is awareness generating confidence in the buddha, like a disease being cured and not recurring, or like the fruit of the Bisi tree, the fruit does not revert to the cause. Hence it is called the view of staring at appearance. Thus, all teachings are also liberated in the encounter of the heart, without any trace. Gather in a state of non-contrivance, without hope and fear. It is a method of practicing the nature of ground determination. The second meaning, the practice of clear light Tögal is, the radiance of awareness like a lamp inside a vase, connected from the channels to the eyes, the light appearing in the sky, and the appearance of bindus, practice on appearance. Among them, there are six great key points. First, the feeling of the key instruction of abiding the non-abiding awareness, search in the habitual tendencies, that is, abide alone in a solitary place, put down the nine activities, the posture of the body, the way of looking with the eyes, the light of awareness

The practice of remaining unmoved from appearances is as follows: When the mind wanders, contract the limbs of the body, hold the breath in the heart center, direct awareness to the navel center, and close the eyes. This will gradually stop the wandering and distracting thoughts of memory and thinking. This is called the "Instruction of the Son Seeking the Father," because this method, like a son, allows one to abide in the state of primordial wisdom. Abiding in such a state of unbornness, like the sky, is not something that comes from elsewhere. Rather, it is the clear manifestation of the nature of inner wisdom abiding in its own place within the heart. Secondly, the instruction for grasping awareness that has not been grasped is to become skilled in three key points: Hold and retain the breath, then release it, mentally counting to twenty-one each time. This will allow knowledge to remain in its own place, free from wandering distractions. At this time, place awareness in the eyes. Direct the eyes towards the sky and fix them intently on the light, preventing thoughts from wandering elsewhere. Then, direct knowledge towards the heart center, throat, and crown of the head, while the eyes gaze at the light. When conceptual thoughts subside, the awareness does not wander from the eyes, and clinging naturally ceases. This is the "Intention of Pure Abiding, the Instruction of the Arrow Seeking the Bow," because the arrow of key points seeks the bow in a state of equal abiding, free from movement. At that time, the intellect will grasp its own place, free from wandering distractions. This is the self-aware, equal wisdom, grasping the unwavering intention within the heart. Thirdly, the instruction for stabilizing unstable awareness is to mix the object and knowledge: By abiding in any of the three postures, wisdom will naturally arise and grasp the place of liberation. By placing knowledge back upon itself, the body will not move. By placing the eyes back upon the sky, the realm will not move. By placing the realm back upon the essence of its own nature, wisdom will not move from its relaxed state. If you feel drowsy, open your eyes wide and look upwards, and say "Ha" loudly to clear away the drowsiness. Then, withdraw awareness from the eyes and direct it towards the sky. This is the method of seeking in the realm of objects, and it is called the "Intention of Pure Attainment, the Instruction of the Target Seeking the Arrow." This is because by looking at the target of light, one can find the arrow of luminosity and clarity. At that time, one will gain some stability in the state of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptual meditation, which arises from the power of habituation. Fourthly, the instruction for generating awareness that has not arisen
