The Wheel of Three Key Points of Dharmata. Accomplishing merit, perfecting all, the all-powerful one. Immutable radiance, infinite, the treasury of victors. Bowing to the lotus feet of that one. Clearly writing the wheel of three key points of dharmata. Becoming the pinnacle of all vehicles. From the key point, clear light manifestly arises. In a single instant, uniting with the dharmakaya. May that one be victorious from the beginning. Thus, such supreme instructions. As I heard from the lama. This unerring, exceedingly profound one. Just as it is, ascertain that very thing. Gathering together the key points of the Great Perfection, Secret Heart Drop, and diligently practicing them, there are three: the key points of body, speech, and mind. First, among the two, the key point of the body as the basis and the key point of the door as the support, the key point of the body is shown first. Furthermore, if the body is not subdued in the key point, then the channels are not subdued in the key point. If the channels are not subdued, then the winds and awareness are not subdued in the key point. If the winds and awareness are not subdued in the key point, then clear light will not manifestly appear. Therefore, in order to subdue them in the key point. It is crucial to learn the postures of the five kayas. First, the posture of the dharmakaya is like a lion, with both soles of the feet placed on the ground, suppressing the moving karma wind. Straightening the body allows the wind to flow comfortably. Tilting the head slightly forward and pressing on the nape of the neck naturally stops conceptual thoughts. Curling the fingers and sitting in a dog-like posture increases the warmth of wisdom and balances the elements. The posture of the sambhogakaya is like an elephant, lying face down with knees and chest touching, expanding the realm of bliss, warmth, and wisdom. Planting both elbows on the ground allows the male and female winds to naturally flow into a hermaphrodite state. Slightly lifting the throat with the thumbs stops the coarse wind. Extending and curling the toes outward balances sinking and agitation. The posture of the nirmanakaya is like a sage, squatting the body naturally harmonizes the channels and winds. Placing the soles of the feet on the ground suppresses the power of water. Straightening the spine allows the wind and mind to flow in dharmata. Touching the knees and chest causes the fire wind to blaze into wisdom. Slightly pulling the intestines upward and bringing them close to the spine stops the scattering of conceptual thoughts. Crossing the hands over the eyes and covering them on the knees eliminates heat diseases. If crossed over and
