Furthermore, all sentient beings in the three thousand worlds are accomplished through this great transference. Likewise, this body is accomplished through gradual and simultaneous means. All of them are liberated from the measure of the exhaustion of the body. All of these are the definite result, the great and perfect mandala is accomplished. Thus it is said. Moreover, by taking the manifest nature of reality and the two aspects of the progressive increase of experience, the luminosity of awareness, as the path, the Nirmanakaya (emanation body) is taken as the path. When awareness is fully developed, the Sambhogakaya (enjoyment body) is taken as the path by engaging with the appearance of aggregates. When the nature of reality is exhausted, the Dharmakaya (truth body) is taken as the path through the inconceivable emptiness. By taking the three kayas as the path, the result is the accomplishment of the three kayas as one in the sphere of reality. Since the three kayas are free from all stains of obscuration, and that realm itself has become enlightenment, it is reasonable to take the fruition of secret mantra as the path. Among the three teachings, the Nirmanakaya, with its acceptance and rejection, is the outer Tripitaka. The Sambhogakaya, which engages in the equality of taste, is the inner secret mantra. The Dharmakaya, which engages in spontaneous accomplishment, is the Vajra Essence. The teaching of the Dharmakaya, from this very moment, is based on the inherent presence of the three kayas. By meditating on the path of clear light wisdom, the true nature becomes free from defilement. Therefore, the result is the indivisibility of the sphere of reality and wisdom. In order to purify in one lifetime, the bindu of the clear light Vajra Essence is said to be superior to all others. Fourth, the instructions on the support have four aspects: establishing the foundation on the three immovables, measuring with the three abidings, fixing with the three attainments, and measuring the degree of liberation with the four confidences. The first is: the body does not move from its posture, the eyes do not move from their gaze, and awareness does not move from the appearance of the sphere of reality. The key is to restrain, so that wisdom arises. It is said in that very text: "In order to see the meaning of reality directly, body, speech, and mind should be well restrained." At that time, the meaning of the four lamps is practiced: from the radiance of the clear light of the heart, the lamp of the eye's distant gaze, the rope, and the water, does not move from any of the three ways of looking. Therefore, in the lamp of the pure sphere of reality, like a rainbow or Naro (Sanskrit: Naro), the Vajra chain and the lamp of the emptiness of bindus, in the five-colored halo of red and yellow light, which is about the size of a thumb, should not increase beyond one or two. Focus on that, without clinging to anything in the mind, and without distraction, che re.

When looking, the lamp of self-arisen wisdom arises from within. From the wisdom of clarity and emptiness, free from conceptual elaboration, the power of wisdom increases more than before. It arises immediately, gaining control over the words and meanings of the Dharma, revealing the vast wisdom that distinguishes the stainless nature. The inner wisdom of calm abiding and insight, and the root of outer discerning insight, both purify afflictions along with their imprints. That is to say, the aspect of non-conceptuality in abiding is the wisdom of calm abiding. Its power includes samadhi, the divine eye, clairvoyance, and the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality. Clearly and purely knowing without distraction is insight. From its power, the wisdom that distinguishes the words and meanings of the Dharma, and the accomplishment of all divine eyes and clairvoyance. This method is the essence of practice, so it is important to understand it. If you do not understand it, even if you open your mouth and stare at the sky, looking at the light with your eyes, it will be of no use, because you do not understand the true practice. That is to say, relying on the method of outer appearance, the clear light of inner awareness arises, which is the tradition of yogis. During meditation, without dullness or agitation, and without hope or fear, abiding in a clear and pure state is the essence, so it is very important. That is to say, the body does not move, and the eyes do not move. Thus, the continuum of the expanse does not move. By abiding in this state, wisdom does not waver, and the mind stops in an unmoving state, abiding in the wisdom of the clear light of the Dharmakaya. Second, measuring with the three abidings means knowing that all inner and outer phenomena are primordially empty and rootless. By practicing Tögal (Tibetan: ཐོད་རྒལ, Wylie: thod rgal) from the state of Trekchö (Tibetan: ཁྲེགས་ཆོད་, Wylie: khregs chod), outer appearances abide, transforming adverse conditions into helpers. The inner aggregates abide, constantly abiding in the posture. The secret winds and mind abide, causing the winds and mind to go to self-liberation. As it says in the Thallgyur (Tibetan: ཐལ་འགྱུར): "Measured by the three abidings." At this time, by practicing the instructions for purifying the imprints of dreams and sleep, first dreaming of virtuous things, then knowing in the dream and purifying it as unreal, and finally dissolving into the expanse and not dreaming, these will occur. Third, fixing with the three attainments means that by becoming accustomed in this way, one gains control over outer appearances, so inner conditions are liberated into the pure land. One gains control over the inner illusory body, so the aggregates are liberated into clear light. One gains control over the secret winds and mind, so all
