Above that is an alternating pattern of precious arrow parapets made of Karma Shila stone, above which is a jewel net . Surrounded entirely by golden pushpa flowers. Outside the walls are wish-fulfilling cloths, sixteen goddesses holding various offerings, scattering great rays of offering clouds to the deities of the palace. Above each door are four tiers of steps supported by four pillars, adorned with precious umbrellas, dharma wheels, exceedingly beautiful deer, divine garments, victory banners, delightful pennants, a moon moved by the wind, a yak tail fan with a jewel handle, and so on. Inside, above the eight great pillars, in the center of four vajra beams carved with honeycomb patterns, the tops of the extremely high projections and the tops of the four-sided projecting steps are adorned with skulls, vajras, and jewel finials, on the four facades are twenty-four golden bells hanging from skulls.

It is adorned with ornaments. Inside the outer five-tiered stupa is a palace of deities, the inside of which is visible from the outside, and the outside of which is visible from the inside. It is made of the essence of wisdom jewels. Great rays of light blaze forth, filling and expanding the limitless realms of the world. Outside, it is surrounded by eight great charnel grounds, eight fires and eight waters, eight trees and eight clouds, eight accomplished masters, eight field-guarding dakinis, and so forth. In the center of the great immeasurable palace surrounded by a vajra fence and mountains of fire, from ĀOṂ SAṂ ĀOṂ arises a lion throne. From HŪṂ GA HŪṂ arises an elephant throne in the east. From TRĀṂ THA TRĀṂ arises a supreme horse throne in the south. From HRĪ MAṂ HRĪ arises a peacock throne in the west. From A GAṂ A arises a shangshang bird throne in the north. Above these, from PAṂ arises a lotus, from A arises a moon, from RAṂ arises a sun. From the center to the four directions in order, ĀOṂ HŪṂ HŪṂ TRĀṂ HRĪḤ A. From E VAṂ LAṂ RAṂ YAṂ, a great net of light radiates forth, illuminating all the realms of the universe of the great three-thousandfold world system, which is complete with everything. By illuminating, the karma and obscurations of all sentient beings are purified, and they are transformed into the nature of gods and goddesses. Again, gathering together, ĀOṂ E becomes complete, and in the center appears the Bhagavan Vairocana and the Queen of the Dharmadhatu, dark blue, with one face and two arms, adorned with all precious ornaments. The father's right hand holds a vajra with a wheel as its handle, and the left hand holds a bell. The mother's two hands hold a curved knife and a skull cup. In union, in the center of the lotus and sun at their heart, surrounded by HŪṂ TRĀṂ HRĪḤ A around ĀOṂ, rays of light radiate forth. From HŪṂ VAṂ becoming complete, in the east appears Akshobhya and the white Māmakī. The father's right hand holds a vajra with a vajra as its handle, and in the center of the lotus moon sun at their heart, surrounded by ĀOṂ TRĀṂ HRĪḤ A around HŪṂ.
