Residing on a lotus seat, possessing the perfection of skillful means and wisdom, dispelling darkness, a million dakinis; the ornaments of the body are perfectly complete, a million dakinis possessing great power and unmatched splendor; like a mountain of fire erupting at the end of an eon, a million dakinis burning away the extremes of ignorance and conceptualization; surrounded by many dakinis in the retinue, a million dakinis performing various activities; please partake of this samaya substance, the blazing nectar; tonight, to the hateful enemy (བྷྱོཿ, bhyaḥ, exclamation); tonight, to the harmful obstructors (བྷྱོཿ, bhyaḥ, exclamation); may the entrusted activities be accomplished. Thus, invoking twenty sets of a million dakinis of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. This is extremely secret; it is not permissible to do this except during tsok and torma offerings. Then, invoking the mothers born from the fields of the twenty-four lands: Hum, in the twenty-four sacred places, there are twenty-four chief dakinis; a billion dakinis surrounded by retinues; the chief dakinis reside in the invisible realm; a billion dakinis of the retinues; all have such unpleasant appearances; some are old women, wearing old, rotten clothes; adorned with drops of oil and blood; from their mouths, they utter the sounds ha hi hum phat; their feet move with the gait of four wheels; their hands hold birch branches stuck into the ground; please accept this flesh and blood torma;
