It is unbearable to distinguish good from bad with analysis and research. If you analyze too much, you won't find anything. Therefore, you should get used to it this way. Awareness without an object is unconscious. Having put it into the eye without an object. Send self-awareness to the base without an object. It should be placed on the ground without abandonment and attainment. It is said in the scriptures that there are four outer, inner, and secret, but now all actions are the body, so there are two: training the body, leaving the appearance in its own place, and transforming. It will gradually manifest. This meditation is also, the non-substantial, non-elaborate awareness, because the rope of memory is cut and released, this very state of non-thought is letting go, all memories are sent to the place of exhaustion. It is said in the scriptures that the mind arises, there are two things to do: purifying the mind and fixing awareness. Although there is nowhere to go, the key to relying on the body, eyes, and dharmadhatu awareness will now be shown and manifested. The view of this itself is that unbiased awareness is thorough, without any obscuration, and there is no obstacle from itself. In the vast precious palace, look at the awareness of the five elements exhausted in stillness. It is said in the scriptures that there are two views: the trekchö non-elaboration view and the tögal manifest view. Here the yogi is the view of dharmadhatu awareness. For this, the appearance of tögal is seen by the eyes, so one should rely on the method of clarifying the eyes, and the true view will be seen. This is the sign that is conveyed. The result of this itself is, the great seal symbolizing emptiness itself, is widely established on the fruit. Wisdom is without attachment, and conduct is great self-illumination. This is the great secret of all the Buddhas. Therefore, some believe that obtaining the three bodies of measurable fruit, and some take the immeasurable three bodies as the path, the body without a body, is the supreme of the body. The limit of the body is realization. It is said in the scriptures that the exhaustion of all dharmas is ultimate. Although there are these two views, they will manifest. In order to know the difference between self and common, the scriptures say that there are four outer, inner, secret, and suchness, which are only divided here for understanding. These will be gradually understood. A section distinguishing the view, meditation, and conduct of self and common, which is the sixth section. Then there are empowerment and guidance.

Then, if you practice, bestow the empowerment of non-elaboration at this time. Then, learn to distinguish between samsara and nirvana, with wisdom as the guide. This is also different from what was previously taught, so it should only be done for about three fortunate individuals. When performing with empowerment, it is said that it should be done about three days in advance because it is the preliminary practice for the empowerment of extreme non-elaboration. During the actual practice, it should be done until the signs are not complete. In any case, in order to prevent obstacles from entering the manifest conduct, and to prevent the eight consciousnesses from scattering to external objects, it should be sealed with eight syllables. The student stands before the guru, with palms joined at the heart. The guru faces east, dispels obstacles with a threatening gesture, and offers a torma to the dakinis. Then, on the crown of the student's head, visualize a blue ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), arising from the network of channels, visualizing the entire body transforming into ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). At the soles of the feet, visualize green ཡྃ (Tibetan: ཡྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: yaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Yang). At the navel, visualize reddish-green རྃ (Tibetan: རྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Rang). At the throat, visualize smoky ཁྃ (Tibetan: ཁྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: खं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: khaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Kham). At the forehead, visualize blue ཨེ (Tibetan: ཨེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ए, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: e, Chinese literal meaning: E). At the armpits, visualize yellow སུྃ (Tibetan: སུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: सुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: suṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Sum). At the right knee, visualize white ཧྃ (Tibetan: ཧྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hang). Again, at the soles of the feet, visualize bluish-black ཕཊཿ (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phat), and also recite twenty-one times with each breath to protect. Then, the explanation of distinguishing the boundaries of body, speech, and mind: those who practice should abandon all worldly activities of body and speech, and first, for an odd number of days, sit very quietly in an extremely secluded place, where there are no human or dog sounds, or even the sound of inferior vehicles. Then, offer tormas of food and various flowers to the dakinis, pray without interruption, and strive to practice the actions of the body. The actions of the body include running, dancing, moving, shaking, lying down, standing up, sitting, and various other postures. Also, mix speech and mind, and do whatever worldly things come to mind. It is said to practice day and night without sleeping. These are the appearances of the body in samsara. When you feel tired and lazy with them, and wonder what is the use of worldly bodies and actions, then settle the body of nirvana into a state of stillness. How long these should be practiced depends on the individual, according to their own measure.
