For example, bring the two ankles together, bring the knees close to the abdomen, and also slightly bring the abdomen close to the back. Prop the two elbows on the knees, and slightly lower the head onto the knees. Lift the two palms from the sides of the cheeks and keep them still. The way of looking is to keep the eyes still and stare straight at the space between your eyebrows. The lion's posture, if you don't practice the technique, wisdom will not increase, like a lion: squatting, with the two knees propped on the ground, slightly spread outwards. Prop the two hands on the ground outside the knees, slightly spread outwards, and slightly release the weight of the body. Slightly protrude the buttocks backwards, straighten the spine, and tilt the neck backwards. The way of looking is to look slightly forward with the eyes, aiming at the distance of four fingers. At these times, do not move the body, and the breath should be very slow. These are the practice of three body postures, aiming the eyes at three ways of looking, and fixing with three immovables. Apart from these, without these shortcomings, there is also the eagle's crouching posture, the vajra posture, and any other comfortable posture. There are also four ways of looking: lion, elephant, rabbit, and as straight as an arrow, as stated in the "Dung Yig Can". In short, it is very important to look without conceptual thought. If you practice like this for many days, you may realize it directly without needing an introduction. The instruction on body posture and way of looking, this is the eighth section. Then, I will introduce the method of realizing the meaning of unborn with three words: When the sky is free of clouds, go to a very secluded place, concentrate the mind on the eyes, and look in the direction of the sun with the above-mentioned way of looking. In the sky, the nature of consciousness is called Vajra Chain (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་ལུ་གུ་རྒྱུད།), like tying five horses with thin threads. In the intervals, there are bright spots the size of mustard seeds with clear colors. By looking at it for a long time, single bright spots filling the sky will appear, as well as countless bright spots connected in pairs, and so on. This is the Dharmakaya and the single bright spot, called the oral instruction of the union of body, speech, and mind. It is also called meeting the Buddha face to face.

Moreover, this awareness is also related to the seeing eye, and because its key lies in the direction the eye moves, it is difficult to grasp. Those tiny bindus also come and go. The key to grasping it is to slightly turn the eyes upward. Between the eyebrows, there is something called the "lamp of pure space," which is a light that pervades with deep blue color, shaped like the letter "na ro," and appears in colors like a rainbow. This appears depending on the meeting of the eye and the luster of the skin. Focusing on that awareness to look is called the iron hook that grasps it, which is extremely precious. This is introduced with three words: "Place the body like this, cast the awareness towards the sky like this." Through the initial introduction, this is called manifest awareness and is shown as the awareness of vipashyana. Now, it is very important to understand the reason by seeing it. This is also supported by this awareness, and there are many explanations in the Conch Scripture and all other tantra commentaries. But here, a few important points will be briefly shown: namely, the causes and conditions for the appearance of space awareness, the meaning of delusion and non-delusion, and how it becomes a cause and result in practice. First, there are two kinds of causes: within the classification of the five awarenesses, there is the self-nature awareness that is the basis, whose self-nature is primordially pure, possessing three wisdoms. The self-nature is the three of self-nature compassion, existing in the state of emptiness, clarity, and unobstructedness. From another perspective, this is called the Tathagatagarbha. Although it itself has no dualistic thoughts, it is self-empty, self-luminous, and self-unobstructed. Like waves in the ocean, from the unobstructed surging, a part of wisdom appears in the form of bright appearance, and consciousness transforms into the six consciousnesses. Although its self-nature is non-conceptual, because it appears as dualistic, conceptual and judgmental consciousness arises. In general Dharma terms, this is called ignorance causing action, and action causing consciousness. From here: "The confused and chaotic wisdom, from the original, primordially pure, non-deluded, in the spontaneously accomplished without certainty, the way it appears in various forms, the unobstructed play, whatever it does, whatever appears, is an uncertain appearance. For those who are impartial,
