Field. When exhaling, the air-mind becomes empty and clear as if merging with the sky, mix with non-discrimination and meditate. The signs of mastery are not feeling the existence of the body, the elements arising where the air is guided, not thinking of food and clothing, and the cessation of conceptual movements. These are the practices of air yoga. Although its branches are numerous, the work has come to an end. The third section is the instruction on the stages of training in air. Having mastered air in this way, there are two ways to train in bindu. Training in the bliss of union of consorts with attachment is taught with fifteen vows, which are clearly explained in the Pra instruction, so they are not written here. Training in the bliss of air-mind in detachment is to meditate on oneself. The body posture is the same as before. The object of focus is: visualizing one's body as empty and clear, in the arrangement at the crown of the head, visualize a bindu, a lamp of emptiness, white and oily, about the size of a pea. By doing the vase breathing as before, the bindu trembles like a small pea and reaches the throat, the body feels comfortable, and the mind rests there. Then, when it reaches the heart, the bliss increases even more. Then, when it reaches the navel, the bliss increases even more. When it reaches the secret place, the bliss increases to the utmost, and when awareness rests there, the body comfortably goes into emptiness. When you feel that the bliss is increasing and unbearable, reverse it and dissolve it, and focus your awareness on the crown of your head. Another method is to visualize the red "Ha" at the navel as before, and visualize the bindu descending like a small pea, dissolving one into the other, dissolving into the "Ha". Then, feeling comfortable, the bindu and the "Ha" become smaller and thinner, disappearing into emptiness, and resting in non-discrimination. By this, the whole body goes into a state of bliss and emptiness, the awareness abides in one-pointedness, and when the air and bindu are mastered, when the awareness is directly experienced, there is no effort in purifying the elements, cutting off the craving for food and clothing, and gaining autonomy over the awareness that grasps at characteristics, which is very important. In short, relying on all forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and tactile objects, it is important to gain autonomy over the mind, as stated in all sutras and tantras, especially for those with strong conceptual thoughts, in this Great Perfection of Naturalness, meditation.

The immeasurable sequence was spoken. Those who are karmically inclined, who have practiced before, who have gained control over their minds, can skip the sequence described here because they have already completed the previous practices. This is the fourth part of the instructions on how to practice Thigle. After that, the key to purifying the five elements in their own place in the sequence of cutting off elaboration is that the continuum of the four elements being exhausted is in the sky. The awareness of the exhaustion of the basis of delusion is naked. . In the great palace of various expanses, with the iron hook of the exhausted memory of the holder, from the heart of the illuminating without top and bottom, it should be taken in the manner of the exhausted thought without distraction. . It means to practice the meaning of the five elements A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) in non-birth. Since the upper air and Thigle have been mastered, the five elements must be exhausted. The first is to maintain the body posture as before. The visualization is to imagine a blue A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) in one's heart, filled with color, and to dissolve all the activities of air and mind into that A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A). Abide in the meaning of all Tathagatagarbha, all dharmas are free from elaboration, and practice the nature of awareness as the nature of A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A). Then there is no distinction, and everything is like the sky. At this time, the lion of the mind is the name of discrimination, and the son of the mind is collected in the object A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A), so one must be single-mindedly undistracted. This is to purify the sky. The second is to place awareness on the green-black Om (Tibetan: ཨྸ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) at the crown of the head or in the sky in front of the tip of the nose, and dissolve all the movements of air and discrimination into it, and meditate on non-discrimination. The daughter of the sky is with the activity of air, and the son of the sky is the Om (Tibetan: ཨྸ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) itself, which is practiced as an object in the part of means, so it must be grasped. This purifies the element of wind. The third is to place the mind on the white Om (Tibetan: ཨྸ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) at the tip of the nose or in the heart, and send all thoughts and air back to their own place, stopping the flow of breath in and out and abiding. The rope of air refers to the object of clinging to thoughts, and the practice of the triple A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) that clings to it is the iron hook, so it can purify water. The fourth is to place awareness on the red A A A A (Tibetan: ཨཨཨཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) in the sky of the throat, and grasp its object, the essence of thorns and other collections, the self-purification of the consciousness of the eye. This is the fire.
