It is the measure. Seventh, training the mind of enlightenment by contemplating non-discrimination: In order to attain unsurpassed enlightenment in this way, one should learn non-discrimination by holding on to the movement of discrimination with special means. Thinking in this way, one should hold on to discrimination, and for those moments when the mind does not abide, one should meditate with compassion. By this, there is a need for the mind of enlightenment to grow more and more, and after abiding for a long time, one should constantly familiarize oneself with it. Thinking in this way is the measure of stability. Thus, this seventh mind training is important because the seed of the incarnate body is established in the subsequent text. It has been said before that it is important to practice this, and if strong faith and compassion have not arisen, then it is not suitable as a vessel for secret mantra, so one should be made to practice this. The order of the instructions for the seventh training of the mind of enlightenment is the second. Thus, once the mind has been tamed, one should enter the path of skillful means of mantra. The generation stage is for maturing the continuum and for the sake of temporary results. Here, two practices are taught: the practice of uncontaminated wind and the practice of contaminated bindu. In the first case, the explanation of the channels and winds, which should also be known, is explained in the wheel of the channel places of this itself and in the compendium of winds, and it is very extensive. Here, it is intended as a branch of the supreme accomplishment of this text and the oral instructions on wind, so it is shown in brief. The first is to purify the four wheels: the navel-creating wheel, the heart-gathering wheel of memory, the throat-gathering wheel of tastes, and the crown-tip wheel of various arrangements. One should rely on a relaxed body, take a bath and massage, and so on. Then, in a secluded place, sit on a comfortable cushion, sit in the vajra posture, make the hand gesture of equipoise, straighten the waist, and bend the neck slightly. Then, the object of focus is fivefold: to train in the color of the wind, the shape, the number, the coming and going, and the combination of the vase. The first is to inhale the breath, and then at one's own eyebrow center, one should fix one's mind for a long time on a white, round bindu the size of a mustard seed, which is the nature of all the winds gathered together. Then, one should contemplate that one's own nature is also the same color as it. Then, one should contemplate the entire body. Then, one should contemplate the outside nearby.

Oṃ. Then, focus your mind on the state where all appearances in the tri-millennial world are bright white, and practice repeatedly. The signs of proficiency are a light body, clear speech, and a stable mind. Second, regarding the form: Then, visualize a white and blue prana bindu, about the size of a pea, from the space between the eyebrows to the tip of the nose, and keep your eyes fixed in that direction. Exhale slowly, imagining that the bindu goes out like a round ball, and the body and mind become empty and hollow. As it comes back, coordinate with the inhalation, imagining that the bindu comes to the space between the eyebrows, and focus on the feeling of coolness. If you feel cold or the body feels cold and trembles, then visualize the bindu as hot and blazing. In this way, the mind can be controlled, and whatever the object is directed towards, it will appear as such, and that is proficiency. If even this does not control thoughts, third, learning to count: Keep the body in the previous posture, and train the awareness to move in and out with the breath. As the breath goes out, simultaneously direct the awareness towards it and visualize. As the breath comes back, do the same. In this way, count one exhale and one inhale as one, from one to two, and so on. By counting, although there are 21,600 breaths in a day, it is important to divide it into sessions and keep the awareness undistracted for about 8,800 breaths. After that, when thoughts can abide, and the exhalation and inhalation are gradually lengthened, so that they can abide and stay for a long time, that is proficiency. Then, fourth, learning the in and out: At your navel, visualize a skull cup, white on the outside and bright red on the inside, and inside the skull cup, visualize a blue prana vajra, about the size of a mustard seed. As you exhale, visualize the breath going far away from the nose. As you inhale, visualize the breath coming into the skull cup with a blue glow, and focus on the feeling of comfort and ease in the body. Then, when thoughts can abide, the distance the breath travels out during exhalation becomes shorter and shorter, eventually reaching about sixteen fingers from the tip of the nose. Combine the inner and outer movement of the breath, and it is important that the exhalation and inhalation are sustained. Then, fifth, learning the kumbhaka practice: As before, first practice the breath several times. Visualize the vajra dissolving into the skull cup, everything dissolving, and transforming into a self-arisen "ha" (藏文:ཧ།,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈) at the navel. Then, imagine filling the abdomen with breath, and forcefully tighten the lower gate. Imagine that the breath and body are all like clouds.
