Having shown the expression of praise, now is the second, the explanation of the promise to explain the actual instructions, which is shown by "shaking the three realms from their foundations," and so on. In the context of the instructions, first, by examining the causes and conditions of body, speech, and mind, the root of the three realms is made empty. That is, the impurity of the body leads to the form realm, speech leads to the desire realm, and mind leads to the formless realm. First, by examining the causes and conditions of body and mind, knowing that they do not exist, one shakes them from their foundations, which is the key to non-reversal. Thus, knowing that there is no connection between body and mind, now, movement, thoughts, and differences are all sudden thoughts, which is the key to their disappearance. One should explain to a practitioner who does not dwell in the laws of samsara, relying on the words and written records of the tantric master. This is the promise. This is merely symbolic, not relying on detailed correct words, but becoming enlightened by one's own power, without ever turning back in the three realms. All common vehicles have not realized this key, so the view of mental speculation is: In this meaning of seeing the key, just as lifting a lamp in the darkness allows one to see things as they are, the key to liberation is simply knowing or seeing the key, which I will explain relying on the six objects of the mind. This is the promise. The general meaning of these is that the first is the praise of the introduction, and then it is divided into two parts to explain the promise to explain. Now is the second summarized meaning, which is to explain that the foundation of the three realms is empty by examining the causes and conditions of body, speech, and mind. It is explained through the meaning of three branches, the first of which is to explain liberation from the form realm by severing the connection of the material body, which is explained by "the foundation of body, speech, and mind," and so on. Body refers to the coarse form aggregate composed of minute elements, of extremely small particles. Like a pile of stacked grains, it is composed of various things. Therefore, in order to make its characteristics empty, one relies on the ritual of separating body and consciousness to seek the source of dharmata. Speech, relying on the application of sound, transforms the explanation of Āli into various forms, entering into different expressions.

That is, to explain by realizing that very nature, relying on the ritual of cutting off speech and destroying the house of spoken illusions. The means of generating the meaning of non-speech in the continuum, and the mind entering the formless, entering all, but not found when examined with reason. The wheel of moving thoughts and reflections arises as sudden specific thoughts. To make its characteristics empty, relying on the ritual of destroying the sudden house of different places of disappearance, the abode of Dharma nature, and the place of change, thereby emptying the basis of conceptualization. "With a basis" means that by relying on the ritual of destroying those houses, the source of the three realms is lost. Realm is the gathering and assembly of faith. Three is a number. Desire is desire and attachment arising from one's own continuum. Form is anger arising from holding onto one's own continuum. Formlessness is the three of ignorance holding onto one's own continuum, which are deceived by body, speech, and mind. Depth is made up of karma and habitual patterns. A faithful person who wants to turn back, who has a share of the Great Perfection of self-nature, and who is diligent, wants to empty the outflows arising from the body. Arising from the uncorrected mind that abides in self-nature, separated from holding onto the subtle particles that are the basis of the body as self-existent, because the objects of connection and conditions are empty. Moreover, the key point that is first generated by cause, with wisdom, is not destroyed by ordinary conditions. Because that very nature is understood as emptiness. Because it is not first born from cause, there is no turning back in the result. Because it is not destroyed by ordinary conditions, the key point of Dharma nature is without birth. Thus, by examining it as a body without cause and conditions, it is known in that very nature. The gathering of that, conceptualization, is because the house is destroyed. Form, the difference of color, and the variety of shapes, and the many aspects of the difference of the body gather to form the realm. In that very nature, who would not want to go? It is entered by examining the causes and conditions of the body. Why is this? Because there is no basis, there is no turning back, and because there is no key point of the root, rotation is impossible. The unabandoned play of spontaneously arising wisdom is called appearing without bias. Thus, the meaning of the limbs, first, because the connection of the body of things is cut off, of form.
