I myself merge into my own emptiness, and under the emptiness merging into emptiness, it arises from the syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: shame). This is the second content. Now is the third, showing the pervasiveness of action. When a yogi walks on the road, he contemplates the moon on his right foot and the sun on his left foot, and walking is laying down a mat. By walking in this way, the dimness of other walkers will not produce the ability to see. When performing actions, holding a three-pointed khatvanga in the hand is the measure of action because it kills one's own ego. Also, when performing actions, wearing black clothes like darkness on the body, widening the three eyes, and watching attentively, the mind will become clear inside. Contemplating (Tibetan: རཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: let) at the navel, and then exposing one's own body naked, focusing on the sacred meaning, and if one blows (Has) on the body of others, one will experience the cold touch. Relying on this, it will become a cause for blessings. One is that the mind like a glacier is the nature of reality. Transferring is carrying on the road during action. One's own body warming up is obtained through action in this way, and enlightenment will arise inside, and the fear of the body will be separated outside. The method of learning is like a bird's nest, putting one's own mind into the source through learning. Explaining with a metaphor, just as the dragon son is liberated from the fear of the Garuda, there is no fear and shame. Like this, whoever knows the key to disappearing, that person is unchangeable. This teaching is to learn the goal of the mind through five common points. Six is a number, that is the fifth. This is also the key to gradually separating, relying on the six classifications of the mind mentioned earlier. The classifications of the mind are also summarized into five to show. Called "Detailed Explanation." Written by the wise Vimalamitra, completed. Now is the sixth goal of the mind, a detailed explanation of the six ways of continuous circulation. This has three unsummarized meanings: first, the nature of reality is liberated at the crucial moment, showing its own unique foundation; second, the particularity of the disappearance of the nature of reality, showing that nothing is not liberated; third, the goal of learning, using its own characteristics and examples, showing that the foundation is irreversible. Among them, the first common point is that the nature of reality is liberated at the crucial moment, and the particularity is its own foundation.

The teachings of Tibetan Buddhism are explained through the meaning of three branches. First, the explanation of the oral instructions that include special instructions and teachings. The way of explaining the transmission like this is explained through "the way of explaining the transmission like this," and so on. Like this, the lama enables one to understand the way of the Dharma's transmission and introduces it. Although there are many ways to introduce it, here, the introduction will be explained based on the key point of the cessation of thoughts and concepts where there is nothing to meditate on. If you want to put it into practice here, combine it with the Back Writing and Lamp of Manifestation. Now, understand "Entering the Holy Meaning" through the ten verses of the text. Now, the second is to explain liberation through relaxing the mind, along with the method of placing it. For those who have the lineage of the Buddhas of the past, present, and future, this is a symbol of connection. Being connected with the lama is called the fortunate mind-son. The part of the body is placed on the ground, and it is adjusted and relaxed in a comfortable manner. The key to throwing consciousness into space is correct. So-called "naturalness" means not adjusting the mind, relaxing and abandoning it. In this way, the door of thoughts and concepts, various kinds of thoughts, are stopped by the blessing of the lama. This is the second. Now, the third is to explain the lama's oral instructions, abandoning the key, and the lama's words. If the mind falls into various thoughts, then on the basis of not adjusting any appearing nature, let the senses relax naturally. Thoughts are grasped, and the mind, intellect, thinking, etc., arising from the cutting off of reason, all disappear and stop at once. Through such hints, the basis of Dharma-nature that transcends thought is obtained. By uttering (Tibetan: ཨ,Devanagari: अ,IAST: a,Literal meaning: A) in the mouth, it is clearly established in the powerful language with the blessing of the lama. Relying on it, a fortunate person will definitely generate the realization that "it is just like that," which indicates that the meaning of mind-nature's non-existence naturally disappears. The appearance of non-thought, speech, jumping, etc., is the power of nature. The consciousness of the fortunate one, based on the abiding of the mind, is dazed and abides in the state of the disappearance of thoughts. This is the non-dual fusion of sign and meaning. To this, the lama indicates that this is produced by the sudden disappearance of thoughts and the flow of consciousness, and in the future, do not go beyond this state. When consciousness disappears like this, this is indicated by "This is to give the place of the disappearance of time to the sky." From the state of no-mind, it indicates the absence of thought and consciousness.
