The method of certainty is: exhaling draws the path of the past, inhaling accumulates the karma of samsara. This is the seed of samsara, from which the wind of karma propels the gods, pulls the Asuras, enters the human realm, transforms into animals, angers into pretas, and extreme distraction into the six realms of hell, etc. Initially, it arises from the impure cause of propulsion. Thus, this wind is the wind of the right nostril, slow, dull, light, moving, weak, observed from the path of emptiness. Also, by blocking the depressions in front of the left and right ear canals with the thumb and forefinger, one must observe the overlapping, excretion, hoarseness, subtlety, and length of the sound. If one distinguishes by the changes of its karma, one will know the differences in one's past and future lives, and also know the differences in supreme and common accomplishments. Knowing the changes of the fruit of the wisdom wind, the extent to which wisdom arises, the time when the mind abides, the time when conceptual thoughts cease, and the measure and number. Thus, if one knows the suchness of the wind of karma and wisdom, one can realize the nature of both samsara and nirvana. Thus, the second part explains that the movement of the wind depends on the teachings of the guru, and if one knows the key points, one can liberate all beings. Now is the third part, explaining the special method of the wind-mind entering into samadhi: union is the two, the wind of karma and wisdom. Karma enters samsara, therefore it performs two karmas, that is, it enters the cause of samsara, the realm of false self-grasping, and matures into the fruit of the three realms. Wisdom enters the two karmas of recitation, that is, it enters the ultimate reality of Dharmata, and matures into the body of nirvana and the fruit of wisdom. Thus, the companion of these two winds is the three, body, speech, and mind. The object of the body, with the key point of the wind, the basis of minute particles is empty, therefore there is no grossness. The thoughts of the mind disappear where they disappear, therefore they are distinguished by the mind. Its appearance in body and speech is: abiding is empty, speaking is clear, and clarity is exhausted and non-existent. Also, in the first wheel of generation, the earth wind stays more, therefore it shows the complexion of the body, and acts as the seed of wisdom. Heart is memory.

In the wheel of gathering, the wind of water abides, showing the radiance of the body's blood, and causing the root of wisdom to appear. In the wheel of gathering flavors, the wind of fire abides mostly, showing the increase of the body's warmth, and perfecting the appearance of wisdom. In the wheel arranged with various apexes, the wind of wind abides mostly, it is the mover of the body's breath, and it desires the gate of wisdom's actual appearance. Among the two winds, if one is skilled in the wind of karma, one can show various common signs, and be skilled in karma and the distinctions of karma. If one is skilled in the wind of wisdom, one shows supreme qualities and exhausts all external appearances. Therefore, for a person who wishes to learn, in order to make the attachment to the movement of thoughts disappear, one must make the wind slowly rise into the sky, and if one spits it out from the mouth, and it does not stay in the body, doing this constantly, one will surely know those qualities mentioned above. Therefore, the key is to exhale from one's own mouth by the propulsion of the wind, and at this time, the two nostrils should be blocked with silk. By practicing in this way for a long time, one gradually obtains the ease of the body, then obtains the ease of speech, then obtains the ease of mind, which is to abide where one should abide, to go where one should go, and to arise with recognition. At this time, knowing the nature of samsara, and knowing the nature of transcendence, by examining the causes, conditions, and results of these two, one will undoubtedly become proficient in the power of wisdom that abides in the teeth. Thus, these are the first general meaning, that is, regarding the key of the wind, not knowing the cause of disappearance, being confused and showing the entry of karma, explained in three inner meanings. Now, the second general meaning is explained. Explained by the meaning of two branches, the first is to empty the gap of movement by practicing the nature of non-existence, that is, explained by "where there is no path, the root of going is deep," etc., that is, whoever knows the key of the goer. That is, the path that makes the mind go, that is, thoughts are sudden. Just by knowing that it is sudden, there is no power of arising in the mind, that is, the root of the mind's going to external objects and the inner body, the various confusing places are deep, therefore the foundation of samsara is empty, there is no place to return, the body
