The aim of contemplation is to master the six stages of teachings, including examples, in order to be able to demonstrate the practice in a rigorous manner, so that beings of the six realms, such as gods, can escape from the source of samsara and arise in the bardo path, entering the gates of their respective wombs, which is the action of the wind. To cut it, one must first destroy the house of the mind, which is the preliminary and main practice. That is, the student's previous flow vanishes, and the gap where the subsequent flow vanishes between the stops of the nose, at the moment when no memory or awareness has grasped it, entrusting awareness, memory and touch dissolve into the dharmadhatu, and the experience called the emptiness of flow arises in the continuum. In this way, the method of gathering all consciousness into one by placing it on whatever appears as an objective condition is to rely on the movement of the wind. When the inner being is filled with fire, conceptual thoughts naturally dissipate, wisdom manifests in its own face, and does not regress to the realm of dharmata, thereby naturally perfecting itself. Thus, the first meaning is to rely on the precious essence of wind, demonstrating the perfection of the realm of the son's lineage. Now, the second meaning is to demonstrate the certainty of the time of vanishing, arising from special offerings. That is, offering refers to special generosity, entrusting the essence of offering it to the wind that is unattached and unwavering, the three realms are liberated simultaneously. Thus, it is said in the Mind Section: 'Offering to the guru and giving, likewise from all merits, if there is no power of non-attachment and non-wavering, doing so will become a great bondage.' Therefore, going refers to the wind going outward and filling inward. The goal is to make experience and realization clear. The time of the mind's vanishing refers to the moment when appearance and emptiness are not distinguished. Recognizing that one's own wind has no obvious coming and going is to be skilled in the natural vanishing of memory and conceptual thought between the moment when the previous wind has passed and the moment when the subsequent wind has not yet arrived.' This is the second meaning. Now, the third meaning is to demonstrate the uncommon essential points to be learned. The essence of awareness is emptiness, and its nature is luminosity. Wisdom is the basis, and Primordial Purity, Spontaneous Fulfillment, Compassionate Pervasive Wisdom. (Tibetan: ཀ་དག་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཀུན་ཁྱབ་གྱི་ཡེ་ཤེས་སོ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आदिकर्म स्वयंसिद्ध महाकरुणा सर्वव्यापि ज्ञान, Sanskrit Romanization: ādikarma svayaṃsiddha mahākaruṇā sarvavyāpi jñāna, Chinese literal meaning: Primordial, Spontaneous Achievement, Great Compassion, Pervasive Wisdom). Grasping at characteristicsFive Wisdoms, and the wisdom encompassed by what is knowableWisdom of suchness and wisdom of all that exists.

Yes. The so-called "wall" refers to a practitioner placing a piece of wood against their heart on a wall or wall surface, and then injecting wind-energy into it. Through prolonged practice, they can pass through anything. Those who do not practice, merely by holding it and knowing the key point, can be liberated. This means that both those who practice and those who do not can be liberated from the mind's bondage to the four physical elements of earth, water, fire, and wind. The four physical elements can then pass through rain unimpeded. Therefore, when the concept of subtle particles of the four physical elements disappears, the body also appears clear and empty. When the inner mind is completely exhausted, one is liberated, and one's own nature expands into wisdom. The yogi who recognizes the self that binds subtle and gross phenomena can pass through mountains and rocks unimpeded. This explains the third key point. Now, the fourth key point is explained, which is to forcibly attain Buddhahood by relying on the key point of the abiding channel: Now, awareness is placed on the side of movement, and wisdom is placed on the side of clarity. The so-called "Sburwa" refers to the channel in the center of the practitioner's own body, white on the outside and red on the inside. Kashmiris believe that the root of the channel is thin, originating from the center of the heart and connecting to the eyes. From within it, wind-mind is drawn and released into the sky, and the wind-mind is transformed into Dharmata. When practicing sleep and dream yoga, memory is absorbed into the channel, and the mouth is sealed with the letter (ཨ་དཀར་པོས།,Devanagari: अ,IAST: a,Literal meaning: A White), performing the yoga of the two. Through the key point of sleep luminosity, sleep luminosity transforms into non-conceptuality, and dreams transform into the supreme yoga of Dharmata. This is the fourth key point. Now, the fifth key point is explained, that through the abiding of wind (སྤུར།,Devanagari: ,IAST: ,Literal meaning: blowing), the connection between body and mind is severed: The (འཕེན།,Devanagari: ,IAST: ,Literal meaning: throwing) of awareness, wisdom manifests outwardly, emptiness is when the practitioner relies on the key point of the body and projects it outward, and the connection of self-nature is severed. Through the key point of the elements, wind is pushed outward, and awareness naturally becomes clear. Attachment arises to external phenomena, and the mind grasps and holds these phenomena. The connection between these two is wind. If one contemplates the state of unborn and unceasing, then various illusory phenomena will appear as Dharmata. This is the fifth key point. Now, the sixth key point is explained, that through the great and supreme distinction, one sees one's own nature nakedly: It is not another Dharmata
