It is called meditation. Therefore, because the place of the six realms is empty, the path of the movement of the winds is exhausted. What are the ultimate and conventional truths? It arises from knowing the two-without-difference as the basis of liberation. The key to this is to observe the traces of illusion and dreams. Therefore, this is called an experience that does not arise from habituation. The first content, the characteristics of the object to be attained, and the reasoning are shown. Now, the second goal, the condensed meaning of the four points, the second content, which shows that the basis of delusion is self-empty by contemplating birth and death. Birth is a sudden memory. Death is the disappearance of that very thing in the place of disappearance, without any trace. Death is to leave its trace uncut in its place and to calculate with awareness. Death is the exhaustion of memory and thought at the point of exhaustion, and the disappearance of karma and afflictions. Disappearance is the absorption of memory into the realm of reality, and the cessation of ultimate thoughts. The clinging to the self-nature of things is empty. Coarse thoughts gradually become empty, so the awareness of the reversal of delusion does not appear. The second content, which shows that the basis of delusion is self-empty by looking at birth and death, has been shown. Now, the third content, which shows the method of making thoughts disappear by relying on the key point of the wind. Throwing the wind-consciousness into the sky, the awareness of the reversal of delusion appears. The appearance appears to external objects, which is the appearance of the nature of reality. Since it does not go beyond it, the end of the words of superimposition is cut off. The appearance of wisdom transcends the antidote of self-born wisdom. Loosening the body and speech, one gains control over the spreading of the wind. Loosening the mind, one finds the calmness of the wind. Delusion ceases at once, and the basis of reality is vast. Therefore, if the mind is not fabricated, it is clear, just as water is naturally clear if it is not turbid. How does the nature of reality appear in its full measure and become vast? Since liberation is possible by relying on anything, the bondage of coarse thoughts arises from expelling and throwing the wind-mind out of the mouth. Moreover, since the nature of reality is clear in external objects, all thoughts disappear at once, which is called the absorption of the nature of reality into its own nature. In this way, since thoughts disappear, memory naturally vanishes, which is the absorption of the nature of reality into its original state, and memory is cut off by the coming and going of the wind. The third content of the wind

Relying on the key points to show the method of dissolving thoughts. Now, the fourth content shows the complete separation of the harmful aspects of the Dharma due to the conceptual constructs of philosophical tenets. Because the coming and going of the mind, which desires bodily and mental comfort, is bound by conceptual Dharma, there is no benefit whatsoever from Dharma nature to conceptualization. Therefore, since it is merely an accumulation of conceptualizations, it is not a Dharma that is separate from action. Using words to protect one's own words, there is no benefit whatsoever from others who expand their intelligence with empty philosophical tenets that harm the words of others' Dharma. Therefore, the essential instruction for the liberation of Dharma nature at the crucial point is liberation through mere knowing. Furthermore, some people praise meditation with the mind without understanding the mind, and also correct the body, focusing their attention on knowledge, resting the mind in its own clarity, and desiring happiness in experiencing self-awareness. This causes them to enter into the formless realm of infinite consciousness, remaining within samsara, and is not a Dharma that liberates from the three realms. Therefore, by seizing the key point of the uncorrected great natural state, the continuous cycle of illusory appearances is cut off. Furthermore, meditators who exert effort in seeking an object, sit in the lotus position, block the outward flow of breath, and meditate by pressing inward within the body. They do not understand the empty characteristic of their own mind, which is free from grasping, due to conceptualization of the mind's movement. Therefore, there is no trace of looking at the mind with the mind. Appearances are liberated from the moment of appearance, and the conditions of samsara arise as Dharma nature. Knowing and knowing are liberated from the moment of movement. Because the mind does not know the point where thoughts dissolve into their own nature, these individuals have nothing other than being bound once again in the three realms. Furthermore, being bound by actions of adorning the body with various ornaments, and by practices of guiding the path with various limb movements in charnel grounds and so forth, is nothing other than an obstacle to liberation and omniscience. Therefore, without the key point of cutting off the attachment to numerous thoughts with appearances, gathering the thoughts of objects leads one into the three realms. Furthermore, relying on mandalas and substances, and relying on empowerment of the body, they desire blessings to arise in the mind.
