The yogi who knows this "practice" is that which is spoken in the mouth is mantra, so it is a rosary of mantras without a target. Therefore, whatever is thought is meditation. The sound of arrangement is the letters "Āli Kālī (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) - collection". Calling and being called (all forms that appear are written) is it. Those who are called are "attributed" words, all things that are considered real because they "have no basis". All these attributed things can be self-liberated (like a snake knot untying itself). If yogis know, the letters are exhausted and the numbers are exhausted, so there is only one bindu. The sound of calling is Āli "fourteen" and so on, Kālī thirty-four and so on, because the root (power) appears in various ways, so this is also empty of "no self-nature". Appearance is without self-nature, it should be known like a "for example" moon in water. The letters of "Āli Kālī (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)" that reside in the body, all reside in the center of the heart "like a rosary". They come from the tongue and teeth "between" and the lips "between", the palate "deep" and the throat. If the yogi examines it well, then he knows that the "emptiness" in which he dwells is "impermanent" without a place to dwell. The collection of Āli Kālī (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), because "each channel has a letter residing in it", nourishes the channels, so the distinction of color "red and white" should be known. If you meditate on this "if you place your mind on that letter", the winds of karma will be exhausted. The bindu of "the nature of self-liberation of awareness" is a bindu without a moon. The sound and meaning of the five elements, the posture of the yogi's sitting, is the view of "wanting to see the reality". Abandoning external disturbances, going to a secluded "place" "where there are no people". The first practice, before everything else, is to stand with the key points of the body "erect like a pillar, cutting off attachment to the body", the hands and feet extended "like wings", the neck slightly "tilting back" backwards. The key point of speech "making a loud noise" is clamor. Making "loud" sounds with vigorous effort "cutting off attachment to speech". The key point of the mind "eyes and awareness in the expanse of the sky" is to throw into the sky. There, memory "awareness stares" becomes clear. Then for a moment "fainting" and becoming delirious. Then, from that, remembering "resting" and waking up, behavior as you please "comfortable".
