Like that, in the intervals, there are clear bindus the size of mustard seeds. Regarding this, for a long time, "practicing, the best is sixty days to reach the standard, the medium is one year, the worst is three years," when looking, in the sky there are single mustard seed-sized bindus, as well as double "and" triple connections, etc., "clearly" appearing. That is one's own nature, "inherently present," Dharmakaya and the only bindu, called the key to the union of the three bodies, "inherently inseparable." It is called directly meeting the Buddha. That awareness is also related to the key of the seeing eye, "seeing, seeing, the action itself refers to what, because it does not point to other places, so here seeing with the eyes is seeing," causing the eyes to move in the direction of movement, difficult to grasp, that is, "the elevation angle of the left and right," those tiny bindus also accompany coming and going. The very "very forcibly in one's own brow" mantra to grasp is, it is important to slightly turn the eyes and mind upwards, because "the clarity of the sky and the eyes collide," in the brow, called the lamp of pure space, like blue "color coiled," vast light like the Na syllable, or like a rainbow in the sky "or like eye floaters," relying on the meeting of the light of the eyes and the light of the flesh, "becoming clearer and clearer" appearing, putting it into that awareness and looking, is "like the support is a palace, awareness is the god who is supported" the iron hook that grasps, is the most precious. Iti! Very secret! After teaching like this, the son of the lineage practices "the method of getting used to" is: always wandering in the homeless mountain forest "very quiet place"; at night "cutting off the flow" in one's own residence; watching like daytime "because it is not obvious at night and at home," observing; during the day in the mountain forest without beasts "threatening." The person who does that is: Buddha, "not elsewhere," Samantabhadra and Vajrasattva. "Just like looking at this and doing it, you see," the old woman's awareness pointing and showing the extremely profound mantra is complete! Very secret! Called Awareness Held in the Palm. After understanding the key points like that, the "method of increasing more and more" of constant viewing is.

If a yogi experiences eye pain or discomfort, to dispel dullness and distraction, lie on your back and open or close your eyes as you wish. By constantly practicing this, initially, the appearance of the space element is of five lights (Tibetan: འོད་ལྔའི, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal meaning: five lights), appearing as shimmering (Tibetan: ལིང་ལིང་བ་) rainbow-like forms. The forms of bindus (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེའི་, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal meaning: bindus) also become about the size of peas. This indicates that one has reached the signs of warmth, so one should strive to practice even more diligently. At that time, the body and speech should not engage in other activities, one does not desire to engage (Tibetan: རིག་སྣང་དང་འབྲལ་མི་ཕོད་) in them, and great compassion for sentient beings will also arise in the mind (Tibetan: སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་རྒྱུད་ལ་སྐྱེ་བ་ཡང). This is a sign of understanding the meaning of the Great Vehicle. Through familiarity with this, the light (Tibetan: འོད་, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal meaning: light) will appear more intensely, spreading to the outside of one's elbows or in front of oneself. The bindus also become like mirrors (very clear). The stability of awareness (Tibetan: རིག་པ་, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal meaning: awareness) becomes like a pigeon (flying). At that time, the yogi's body becomes light, and insects, lice, and other creatures do not appear on the body. One does not desire to engage in any virtuous or non-virtuous actions (Tibetan: དགེ་སྡིག་གང་ལ་ཡང་འཇུག་སྙིང་མི་འདོད་པ་དང་), which is a sign of gaining confidence in the view. The body naturally becomes youthful and radiant (Tibetan: སྣུམ་བག་དང་ལྡན་པ་འོང་སྟེ), which is a sign of abiding in samadhi. Since one has not reached the level of familiarity (Tibetan: རིག་པ་ཚད་ལ་མ་སྨིན་པས་), one should not cease practicing. Then, through repeated familiarity, the light becomes as large as the area of a thangka (painting), and the bindus become like a medium-sized bowl turned upside down. The stability of awareness becomes like a wild deer entering a meadow. At that time, the yogi's body has no wrinkles (Tibetan: གཉེར་མ་མེད་ཅིང་), which is a sign of liberation from the suffering of aging. One no longer desires food and drink (Tibetan: ཟས་སྐོམ་ཡང་ཡིད་ལ་མི་འོང་བ་དང་), which is a sign of being able to control the mind. One does not want to leave one's own appearance (Tibetan: རང་གི་སྣང་བ་དེ་ལ་འབྲལ་མི་ཕོད་པ་དང་), which is a sign of awareness being self-fixed. One will feel like one can walk in the sky (Tibetan: བར་སྣང་ལ་འགྲོ་བ་སྙམ་འོང་སྟེ་), which is a sign of gaining control over earth and wind. One does not want to meet people (Tibetan: མི་དང་ཕྲད་སྙིང་མི་འདོད་པ་དང་), which is a sign of mastering one's own appearances. One does not speak any false words (Tibetan: འཁྲུལ་པའི་གཏམ་ཅི་ཡང་མི་སྨྲ་ཞིང་), which is a sign of abiding in the truth of dharma.
