習慣於此,一切顯現世間」 , "english_translation": ""Manifesting as a form of light, not as a substantial object, now cultivating its meaning, constantly abiding in this light, without interruption, one attains Buddhahood." O realm! Subduing with the posture of a lion: "Joining the soles of the feet, spreading the knees outward, slightly raising the neck, acting like a lion in the upper body, gazing at the sky." And, viewing with the posture of an elephant: "Looking intently at the sky without blinking, not looking to the left or right." And, viewing with the method of a bird soaring: "The eyes also do not separate from the sky itself, looking slightly upward." Cutting waves with a universal method, and, suppressing the ground with the stealthy gait of a fox: "That is also when the sky is free of clouds, going to the top of a mountain, pressing down with the corner of the right eye, placing the armpit on the shoulder and looking." And, with the stretching method of a man: "That is also lying supine in a secluded place, stretching out all four limbs, tensing the toes, and looking upward." Holding the mind in space, and, with the winding method of a Chinese knot: "Winding one's own awareness into the eyes, examining it without separation from the bindu (藏文:ཐིག་ལེ།,梵文天城体:बिन्दु,梵文罗马拟音:bindu,汉语字面意思:明点)." Cutting off the source of samsara. Slightly inhaling breath through the nostrils: "Tightening the breath in the middle of the mouth, then slowly exhaling it outward, and tightening the lower part." By this, reversing the wind of ignorance and karma. Awareness "which is the eye" gazing at the sky "without moving," thereby stopping the "cause" of conceptual thought from running. Placing awareness in the eye: "Looking at the half-moon without interruption." There is no confusion about the essence. The inner and outer dharmadhatu blending: "The lamp of the sky and the pure dharmadhatu entering the realm of the dharmadhatu." Awareness has nowhere to go. That itself not separating from the dharmadhatu, thereby stopping the conceptual thoughts of the mind. Awareness and the dharmadhatu "the two inner and outer" blending, thereby confusion is purified at the base. The sky free of clouds, and, the pure dharmadhatu free of impurities, and, appearance free of obscurations, and, the bindu free of expansion and contraction: "Pressing down on the corner of the eye, slightly turning it upward, appearing like a rainbow, with more blue, gazing at it, thus gazing at the light, all appearances gradually appear as light. That itself is awareness. Even if it appears, that light only moves like a mustard seed, and if you gaze at it, a vast bindu gradually appears. By becoming accustomed to this, all appearances and existence"
