May it be fulfilled! For the naga race with great stinginess, may the altruistic intention of generosity arise; for the naga race with impure lineage, may the discipline of equality arise; for the naga race with blood feuds, may the wisdom of patience be attained; for the naga race with great laziness, may joy in virtue arise; for the naga race with distraction, may steadfast virtue arise; for the naga race with thick ignorance, may the wisdom of discernment become clear; may loving-kindness and compassion arise in the consciousness of the cruel nagas; may all the conflicting actions against the naga and nyen spirits by us, the teachers, disciples, and retinue, from beginningless time until now, by the ancestors and parents of the past, and by the relatives and retinue of the present, be pacified; may all the naga clans receive the blessings of the Holy Mother, and may the poison of sight, the poison of touch, the poison of breath, the poison of harm, and the poison of evil thoughts, all naga poisons, be pacified; may the diseases arising from the three poisons, wind, bile, phlegm, and the combined diseases of phlegm and cold, leprosy, epidemics, sores, swellings, and so on, all naga and nyen diseases, be healed; may the diseases that cause suffering in the five organs and six viscera of the nagas, and the fears of gravel, lightning, and so on, all suffering, be pacified; may the constant hatred, sectarian strife, weakness, lack of power, and expulsion from dwellings, born from ignorance and afflictions, all disharmony, be pacified; may this treasure vase blessed by the Holy Mother, be freely available to all, without victory or defeat, and may the nagas who see, hear, remember, touch, and offer, aspire to virtue; may it be a protector for the unprotected, a treasure for the poor, a medicine for the sick, and a spiritual friend for those without Dharma; may all individual desires arise from this excellent vase; may rain fall in due season throughout the vast world, may the years be prosperous and the wealth increase, and may the environment and beings be filled with happiness; may the nagas with miraculous powers, wherever the yogis go or stay, shower wealth and enjoyment like rain, and may the retinue and disciples increase; may the children and descendants of this benefactor, the owner of merit, flourish, may the storehouses be filled with gold, silver, and grain, may the corrals be filled with livestock and prosperity, may favorable conditions and auspicious gatherings gather like clouds, and may adverse conditions be pacified from the root; wherever in the world

呜呼！舍弃龙族的恼害心，地震、风暴、水灾等，不要舍弃四大的怖畏。 嗟！具力龙族众，你们谛听真实语，扶持友好的朋友，不要以怨报德。 谛听忿怒者的教令，汇集于咕噜咕咧的誓言，如果违越誓言，果报将在地狱之火中燃烧。 我乃大吉祥黑汝嘎的，化身大鹏如雨降临，誓言物亦变为毒，龙族将被彻底摧毁。 因此，不要忘记誓盟，以各自的能力，守护佛教，毫不懈怠地帮助瑜伽士。 专注于我的本尊咒语禅定，以及三时积累的善业力，平息龙的鬼祟和损害，愿龙域吉祥光芒万丈！ 如是说诵念上述咒语，依次将供品投入水中，时时祈愿所求之事，圆满供养完毕后： 嗡 咕噜咕咧 舍以 纳嘎ra匝 瓦噜拿， 贝玛，嘎尔郭匝，瓦苏给，香卡巴拉，匝恰嘎，玛哈贝玛，咕里嘎，阿难匝萨巴里瓦ra 阿尔刚 乃至 夏匝 阿吽 吼！ 凭借宝瓶中燃烧的宝珠光芒，消除地下所有的黑暗，对佛法极度欢喜，神通威力不可思议，向龙王及其眷属顶礼赞叹。 以此供赞忏悔过失。 嗡 萨尔瓦 纳嘎 班匝 穆！ 以此观想返回各自住所，观想守护国土，最后念诵吉祥偈。 再次念诵观音菩萨的咒语，被加持的净水，将消除所有的罪过。 龙的本性难以改变，高兴时会降下财宝雨，庇佑世代子孙，恼怒时会放出疾病的毒气，即使自己死了也不会停止。 愚笨之人若能供养龙族，子孙后代将会兴旺发达，无论走到哪里都会遇到财富，种族、相貌、青春等，一切愿望都能毫不费力地实现。 以大慈悲布施，圆满积聚广大福德资粮，成就圆满供养诸佛子。 仅仅是这易行而深妙的方法，也能成为接近佛陀的近因，请将此善施予索姆，愿二利圆成，唉玛吙！ 萨玛雅 阿替！

Oṃ! Abandon the mind of harming nāgas, do not abandon the fears of the four elements such as earthquakes, storms, and floods. Kye! Powerful nāga assembly, listen to the words of truth. Support friendly companions, do not repay kindness with malice. Listen to the command of the wrathful one, gather in the samaya of Kurukulle. If you transgress the samaya, the result will be to burn in the fires of hell. I am the emanation of the great glorious Heruka, a great garuda descending like rain. The samaya substances will also turn into poison, the nāga race will be completely destroyed. Therefore, do not abandon the oath of friendship, with whatever power each of you has, protect the Buddha's teachings, and tirelessly help the yogis. Devote yourselves to my deity, mantra, and samadhi, and through the power of the virtue of the three times, pacify the harm and disturbances of the nāgas, may the nāga realm be auspicious and blazing with glory! Having said this, while reciting the above mantra, gradually cast the substances into the water. From time to time, pray for the desired purpose. When the offering is completely finished: Oṃ Kurukulle Hrī Nāga-rāja Varuṇa Padma Karkoṭa Vāsuki Śaṅkhapāla Takṣaka Mahāpadma Kulika Ananta saparivāra arghaṃ to śabda āhūṃ hoḥ! With the light rays of the jewel blazing in the vase, dispel all the darkness beneath the earth, greatly rejoice in the teachings, power and strength are inconceivable, I prostrate and praise the nāga king and his retinue. With this, confess the faults of offering and praise. Oṃ Sarva Nāga Vajra Muḥ! With this, visualize them departing to their own abodes, visualize protecting the country and surroundings, and finally recite the auspicious verses of the essence of interdependence. Again, reciting the mantra of Chenrezig, the blessed water will purify all faults. Because the nature of nāgas is difficult to change, when happy they will rain down wealth, protect generations of descendants, when angry they will emit poisonous gas of disease, even if they themselves die they will not stop. If foolish people know how to worship the nāga race, their children and descendants will flourish and increase, wherever they go they will encounter wealth, race, appearance, youth, etc., all desires will be effortlessly fulfilled. With great compassion, through generosity, may we perfect the great accumulation of merit, and may we complete the perfect offering to the bodhisattvas. Even this easy and profound method can become a proximate cause for approaching the Buddha. Please give this generosity to Som, may the two benefits be accomplished, e ma ho! Samaya aṭhi!

The instruction is summarized in three aspects. First, the activity of the mandala is: Arrange the supports of body, speech, and mind of the Holy Mother, Arrange thrones, umbrellas, and offering substances, The main mandala of Tara and, The mandala of Supreme Victory, Actually or visualize the symbols. East green, south red, west white, North blue, arrange in the four directions. Or, make the four corners yellow, On them, place four torma offerings, four piles of grains, Four vases each filled with essence, And arrange individual offering cards. House dust from a hundred royal palaces, 9. Milk from a hundred farming women, 10. Manes from a hundred excellent horses, A thousand kinds of substances to increase power, To attract male fortune, hair of heroes, To attract female fortune, hair of dakinis, Excellent substance of method, costus root, And wisdom, red cinnabar, For the three of the east, rat, dragon, and monkey, Life tree, juniper with turquoise leaves, Life-sustaining a-ru-ra of golden color, Power flower, makara claw, Life stone, greenish turquoise grease, For the three of the south, pig, sheep, and rabbit, Life tree, red seng-lding, Life-sustaining nutmeg and mace, Power flower, utpala flower.
