Forms, sounds, smells, tastes, tactile objects, dharmas, etc., a collection of desirable sense objects. Offering, please accept, may it be attained through the power of the truth of the Buddhas. The support is a mandala, rakta (Sanskrit: rakta, Devanagari: रक्त, IAST: rakta, literal meaning: blood) smeared, fragrant with good scents. Body images, life syllables, eagle feather arrows, eagle feather pens, tiger skin leopard skin cloths. White silk, precious jewels, soul stones, pleasant bells, fine phurbas. O Supreme One, you possess unobstructed mind-body and manifest wisdom. You can distinguish between good and bad, uphold vows, protect against harm, and subdue curses. We are caught in a web of confusion, reckless, ignorant, and foolish. Lazy, indolent, dull, with thick habitual tendencies. Especially born in the degenerate age, with strong afflictions. It is difficult to generate virtuous intentions, and even if a small part arises. It is not practiced like the holy ones, sinking into the mud of bad karma. Although entering the gate of the Great Vehicle and taking the three vows, we are stained by faults. All violations of the root and branch vows. I confess before the Three Roots and the ocean of oath-bound ones. The view of the completion stage and the practice of the generation stage have not become the path.

Offerings, torma are past their time, unclean, clothes are dirty. The reward for accomplishing activities has not been offered. Due to my evil mind, I have carelessly gone astray, etc. Protectors, oath-bound ones, whatever is contrary to your heart. From the heart, I regret and confess with great remorse. May the समूह (Sanskrit, devanāgarī: समूह, Roman transliteration: samūha, literal meaning: collection) of faults, downfalls, and obscurations be completely purified. May we all obtain goodness in this life, the next, and the bardo. May the empowerment of accomplishment, power, and the wish-fulfilling gem's oath, Now, with effort, accomplish all four activities without hindrance. In the true meaning, all phenomena of appearance, existence, samsara, and nirvana, Without knowing that they are the manifestation of the nature of reality and wisdom, Dualistic perception, controlled by attachment, the realm of non-duality, Not manifested, defiled by delusion, I confess. For the sake of protecting the Victor's own teachings, the arrogant ones, Showing conduct, subduing the enemies of the teachings and the ten directions, Not knowing that worldly arrogant ones are holding onto their own lineage, I pray for forgiveness in the sphere of the wisdom Vajra's intention. In the true meaning, there are no gods, no demons, all phenomena, Without basis, without root, self-nature, clear light, unchanging, In the Sugata-garbha, the originally pure great wisdom, Not realized, may all who follow after verbal elaboration be purified. To the great Vajra, the oath-bound one, the main deity, retinue, and entourage, Having offered such praise, fulfillment, and confession, Like an illusion, the meaning desired by us yogis, I entrust the activities to you, the powerful oath-bound one. Inseparable from Orgyen Padmasambhava Vajra, The master of accomplishment, the great glorious Namkhai Nyingpo, You are the lord of the mind's illusion, liberating all beings in the degenerate age. Immaculate Vajra radiance, holding the garland of rebirths, In order to hold, protect, and spread the Dharma stream of his teachings, Together with a portion, becoming oath-bound, Dharma-abiding practitioners, Wherever they reside, may the Vajra assembly protect them like children.
