四种事业的威力无碍，如意满足一切愿望。如是，大夜叉金刚善的威力，名为“天神权势战胜之歌”，此乃在藏地上部阿里（Ngari）尼泊尔和西藏交界处的芒域（Mangyul）吉祥山前，略作播种，因具誓者自身欢喜而劝请，于自身三十二岁时，水上月之初十，在贡塘（Gungtang）西山光明崖上，造了策殿（Tseden）的八十四颂，之后又略微扩展词句，作成金刚自在的七十七颂，即金刚饮血的持明者策旺诺布（Tsewang Norbu）吉祥无比欢喜的金刚所说之文字作者，藏地法王祖孙的后裔，芒域（Mangyul）领主的种姓，领主虎皮者的子嗣，具信财者索南曲培（Sonam Chospel）所作，善哉！善哉！ 大吉祥金刚橛的教敕住者，大金刚命之剃刀的供赞，威力，名为“天神权势战胜之歌”。

The power of the four activities is unimpeded, fulfilling all desires as wished. Thus, the power of the great Yaksha Vajra Lekpa, called "The Song of Triumph of the Power of the Gods," this was composed as a mere seed in front of the auspicious mountain of Mangyul, at the border of Nepal and Tibet in upper Ngari of Tibet, due to the encouragement of the oath-bound one himself in a joyful manner.
